Nyamuri: No northerner was asked to get an ID card when Obi was Governor. I repeat, that did not happen. This was just a propaganda to play the religious card against Obi in the Upper North. It did not happen. Obi himsself and the northern Muslim Commisioner of Police has confirmed this and challenged anybody with contrary evidence to present it. And i want to challangne you to prevent any such evidence if you have it here. Dont forget that i said i wanted to engage you in a decent conversation. How does confining El Rufai to a hotel during an election tribal or religious bais!!! Like i dont just get it. El Rufai was restricted by the Police as a political interest just as other Govs and politician from different parties and regions of Nigeria in that election. How is it anti-religious? Is El rufai a Prophet of God? Plzz enlighten me. As for the killings of northerners in Anambra. I dont have info on that. But northerners have unfortunately been killed in the south(including Anambra) just as southerners have been killed in the north. It is very unfortunate situation that we Nigerians are well aware of. But i dont see how that makes the state Govs tribal or religious bigots 6 Likes |

Nyamuri: Actually, the President that the Middle Belt and North Central voted for(a majority) has always won the Presidential elections since 1999. They have always determined the winner of the elections. For instance, it was when the NC/MB voted for Buhari, along with a majority of the SW, that Buhari won. Buhari had been a perpetual loser until then even with the vast majority of NE and NW votes since 2003. In 2023, due to the peculiar nature 1 Like 1 Share |

Nyamuri: Bros, if the reverse was the case: you have a Christain-christain ticket and the possibility of Christains been President for at least 24 years straight, would you as a northern Muslim ever accept it regardless of any of the reasons given by a political party (ala, we want votes to win)? I need only HONEST answers plzz 10 Likes 1 Share |

Well, well...... Interesting times. I respect that you are making a decision based on what you believe in i.e you are standing for something. This is becoming rare in our political climate lately, unfortunately. Just to say tho that this is the general sendiment in the Middle Belt currently. And would be a major decider in the 2023 elections |

Aufbauh: It was not an "online" poll. It was a poll done by statisticians using Telephone and questionaires. It shows one thing: the Obi "virus" is withspread. However, if I am an Obi supporter, i will not put much mind to it. There is still lots of work to be done as indicated also by the large undecided votes particularly in the north |

garfield1: By the way, talking about the "PDP voters" nonsense above. Watch a poll of villagers from Plateau on their choice of Presidential candidate in 2023. These are the "PDP voters" that voted for Atiku i 2019 o. Many of you have not yet grasp what is happening in a lot of places yet and what will happen in 2023. PS: This poll was taken after Obi overwhelming won in Jos and so people wanted the presenter to do same for the "dumb" villagers who will vote party (like those villagers no get sense). garfield1: When you chaps mindlessly say this:" they are PDP or APC voters ", it bungles the mind. Did you guys keep any special PDP or APC voters anywhere? Ok, the SE have always voted PDP. Are you saying they will leave Obi this time around and vote Atiku cos they are "PDP voters"? I dont get. Even here on Nairaland, most of the persons who supported Atiku in 2019 are now supporting Obi(they only just have more people from other sides also supporting Obi). Should they also be counted as "PDP voters" too? Plus, the turnout in 2019 was 29% of registered voters(that is a majority of voters did not bother to vote). I hope you know that the turnout in the next elections will be way more than that. Are they also PDP or APC voters?? 3 Likes |

This is what is very likely going to happen next year: Peter Obi will win SE and SS massively(he is actually the only one of the 4 that is almost certain of regional block votes next year: Delta and Bayelsa been the only states in the 2 regions he may get around 40%). He will win Lagos(slightly) and get at least 25% in at least 4 of the SW states(Tinubu will very likey going to win the SW but not with block votes as 3 of the candidates are in play here). Obi will win Benue and Plateau. And get at least 25% in Nasarawa, Taraba, Adamawa, Kaduna, FCT. Then Gombe, Kogi and Niger may also provide 25% if the present momentum continues. Much of the NW and NE will be massively divided between Tinubu, Atiku and Kwankwaso, with Obi getting a distant 4th in both regions. Obi will win the Majority of votes casted and if he gets 25% in at least 16 southern states(which is very likely), he only needs 25% in 8 states in the north(Kaduna, Benue, Plateau, Nasarawa, FCT, Taraba- he needs 2 more and he is declared the winner) 19 Likes 2 Shares |

garfield1: It is not just about Datti. Kaduna South will vote massively for Obi. That constitute about 35% of Kaduna. Amongst other reasons, the Gov candidate of Labour is the former President of SoKAPO. They also have a strong senatorial candidate there (this is for those of you always talking about "structures" Then Kaduna North and Central will be spilt between Tinubu, Atiku and Kwankwaso. Obi will still even get some small votes from there. Anybody discarding Obi from Kaduna is simply Deluded. And i cannot take that person serious. 4 Likes |

Lolz.... gathering of Deluded Tinubu urchinns, giving themselves "hope". These few weeks have not been easy, really. It is understandable. Anybody discounting Obi in Kaduna (a state he may actually slightly win) or even in Taraba, Gombe and Adamawa is not a serious person, and so should not be taken seriously.
