Amberon1:
It happens everyday. We just don't hear about them. Most people, especially guys misbehave in relationships because they believe their partner will always accept them back.

Now there's a twist to the story I gave earlier. After that incident, the girl in question began dating someone else who she didn't really like. She cheated on him and the guy knew but he always begged her to stay. The girl kept misbehaving cuz she knew the guy would always beg for her attention because he couldn't do without her.

What someone can tolerate is the deal breaker for the next person. That's just how relationships are.

We don't hear about them because they hardly happen. But online nobody can tolerate cheating. That said, your 'friend' is a hypocrite, her new attention hungry boyfriend is probably boasting on some online boards on how he's an alpha male, and you're probably making up a story. Lol. The end

I never say what I don't know. The girl was my best friend and I knew the guy too. I and the girl were basically called twins because we were always together.
The new girl he started dating also later became friends with my friend after their romance fizzled away. My friend had access to the guy's phone and private messages too so when I comment on this issue, then I actually know what I'm saying. We lived in the same house then too.

You're being defensive because you subscribe to the school of thought that women should stay with cheating partners. This is the 21st century and women are less tolerant for bullshit.

Well, fine. I only get to see these kinds of stories online and in romance movies. I personally haven't seen a divorce based on infidelity. Heck I rarely even get to see people who divorce in this part of the world.... and the people around me aren't saints. I've seen all manner of cheating from the secretive to the fairly open to the arrogantly open kinds both on the male and female sides but curiously extremely few divorce cases and none of them for infidelity reasons. People must be lying online

Nope, it was something that happened suddenly. There was never a time she had to stomach it. She broke up with him immediately she found out.

Haha. Are you her shadow? How come you know everything that happens in her life. Most people will only tell you when the going is good and if by chance you discover any bad happening in their lives they will find a way to look perfect in that situation. Not all that glitters is gold.

Am curious...like the author asked the readers (subtlety or directly) to convert to a religion? please provide quote of such statement or insinuation

You can't "discover the truth" anyone can only discover truth...truth is endless...

I understand you grouse with the author's use of certain christian-like terms.
Sir, 'Holy-Ghost', 'Holy-Spirit', 'Logos', 'The Word', 'ECK' are all the same thing!! 'Oluwa', 'Chineke' 'God' etc are same still.
Understand that Christians are left behind and in most times kept in the dark regarding the true spiritual reality. Like you, they are oriented to 'expect the messiah to come from elsewhere but Judea'. For instance, if you say "Chineke is good" in a gathering of Christians, this statement might not necessarily go down well by most of the people around...they will suspect you of foul play despite telling them a spiritual truth by using Chineke which may carry a truer meaning than the word 'God'. The author made this to be a non-evangelical, non-denomination book so anyone including Buddhists, Islamists, Christians, Atheist etc can make use of.

But one thing to note is if you as an 'adult' hears a child mutters "dada", you are expected to be able or capable of drawing parallels to what you know (being an adult)...could it be that you do not have such? For instance if a term like 'ECK', 'Holy-Spirit', 'God','Chi' etc appears in the text which you as a person are presumably not comfortable with, I suppose you should know that all what these 'mofos' are talking about is the 'Life-Force' or Prana? So what do you have at hand really?

You earlier alleged a "subtle Eck evangelism", which means you are against the Eck. In Greek 'EK' means '1'. It is what the Christians refer to as Holy-spirit etc. You can forget about any spiritual progress as far as you will have nothing to do with the EK/Holy-Spirit regardless of what religion or path you follow, infact I have not seen any Guru, real scientist, Pastor, an even Atheist who will have nothing to do with the ECK.
ECK is the only thing that there is, the all in all, the composite of all truths, and hey, it does not belong to your religion or any other one contrary to popular opinion..I suppose you of all people have gone past this stage of 'elementaries' I shouldn't really be telling you this.

"lies", "backward" like?

Spirituality 101: be humble, do not dismiss or take anything for granted no matter what...I can't stress this enough. This is why Angels pose as beggars just to teach people spiritual lessons... I will be direct and blunt with you: throw away the ego, you (ego) are not smart, you are not wise, heck I doubt if you've mastered any spiritual principle to wield...like analizing the aura of statements to know if they are genuine or fake, so that no one can fool you by coming with a sheep's clothing by mentioning truths or names you are programmed to accept as 'assessment'...

Do I need to scream this that no religion/science on earth has scratch 1% of facts, reality and God? How does the new things come in? have we closed shop on truth? (Caveat: I am work in progress too by the way!)

smiley smiley You probably expected to be asked to bath in certain rivers, burn candles and stuff. They only remedy to progress spiritually is never think you know it all...bros you have to kneel down oh. A legend has it that it is 'cheap' juju that is most potent. Truth is simply, too simple for the 'high' to see. You have to lower yourself [sic] ego. I believe Jesus explained this factor about truth (entering the kingdom of God) better.

Lastly, No! This is not a 'church' matter at all even though the book will make you an exceptional Christian or whatever you want to follow. Truth is never and can never be a Church or any 'religious' or scientific matter regardless of what language, methods, and religion that truth is being observed with.

What we are doing is isolating truths and giving it brands called "religion", "Path", "Science" etc, if you have not figured this yet, you might be on a long thing. Truth IS!

Thanks for your time and sorry if this was upsetting in any way

PS: You even finished a 21 day program in one day and are complaining cheesy
Spirituality 102: Discipline!
If any of you is working with the book, simply do it to enjoy the daily programs, be free-hearted.

While I will not attempt to accept or dispute the points you raised to 'counter' whatever I had to say, I'll say one thing; We mirror each other.
Stay Blessed

Narrowpathy so you have an online mentality? I couldn't keep up with having dual mentality. That said, it's about personal worth and what you think and make of yourself...so if you think differently and less of yourself don't assume everyone does. Now for some of us, love is not enough and we know and understand who we are and where we are going and there are somethings indeed that are non-negotiable...I couldn't look at a man who'd disrespect me the same way I looked at him before...no Sir, why live in perpetual torment when you can do better? Love is important, but what happens when there's no trust, respect? Especially if the person involved is in the habit of cheating? How are you gon'deal with that Narrowpathy? You enjoy being second fiddle? You tolerate being lied to? You take it in good faith to be disrespected over and over again because you can't get someone worthy of you?

Well, good for you. But real life experiences have made me take everything people say online with a pinch of salt. I have seen divorces and not one was because of infidelity. I have seen both men and women cheat.... especially men and their partners almost always look the other way, or pretend they don't know. That's the reality of life

Bruh any woman that stays with a man mistreating and cheating on her, has no option in her life or just some person with low self esteem or just some other person cumbered with "what will people say"...in reality some of us treasure having a good and peaceful life over pleasing folks we care nothing about.
Lol. Online mentality. Anyone can have these types of principles online. It's not limited to female folks. I know guys who would be macho online but are pussies in real life. Cheaters of both genders have it far more easy in real life than what is portrayed online. Love is a weird stuff. Y'all should say something else abeg

My friend left her bf when he not only cheated but started dating another girl publicly. I was in the house when he came to beg her to take his back. Girl stood her ground. She rejected him.

You want to tell me she didn't know when he was cheating privately? For him to take it public means she must have stomached it numerous times in the past. Only that this time the shame of it being public made her reject him, not necessarily because he cheated.
Celebrities / Re: Dabota Lawson: It Is Okay Not To Forgive A Cheating Partner by narrowpathy(m): 11:12am On Oct 08, 2018
Lol. All the female monikers are out here screaming that they can never forgive a cheating partner. Hahaha. In reality I've never seen one single woman leave her husband or boyfriend because he cheated. In fact I've seen more women leave a man more likely not to cheat for flimsy excuses.
All my relationships were I was a bloody cheat, my exes struggled to keep me however the ones I tried to be a good guy, I was dumped. Lol.
Men reading this thread should not mind this ladies.
My advice: Even if you're not tailored to cheat or don't fancy cheating as a man, hint at it. At least show her other women seem to like you enough to want to take you from her....my one kobo
Religion / Re: See Your Future In 21 Days ( Practical DYI) by narrowpathy(m): 12:40am On Oct 08, 2018
I've read the book. I'll give my verdict. It's subtle Eck evangelism. While I'm for spiritual emancipation and discovery of the 'truth', I feel the concepts preached in this book mirror mainstream religions like Christianity and Islam.
It sure does contain a few truths but also a couple of blatant lies and a few of the practices it encourages could actually take you backwards spiritually.
That being said, it makes for a good light hearted read. Put your filters on and be at an alert while reading.

The northerners are not forgiving and that statement by that northern governor that he has been made to prostrate against his tradition is more or less a threat. Truth be told Atiku is the man to beat. Call me a fan boy but He is completely sellable to North East, Middle Belt, and the whole south especially East and Niger Delta. He's only real problem is North West which is on lock down for Buhari and even at that he can get votes from that region with proper packaging.
That being said, the presidential candidates are safer if they rally strongly behind Atiku who happens to be the strongest candidate and ensures he wins hands down. They can hide behind the party umbrella and the fact they fully supported him.
In the event that peradventure he loses, they will still be protected by the strength of party opposition and appeal court cases will weaken the government in power

Everything happens Now. Firstly, banish negative beliefs and thought by questioning their usefulness to you. You nurse the idea of holiday in Paris. The thoughts pops in, your feelings about the idea shouldn’t be doubt, do not tell yourself how it should happen,Just visualise yourself in Paris having most the fun of your life. Now you have tricked the Univese into creating ways for that to happen. The Universe asnwers to you by scanning through Energy patterns of your feelings. It sees you are feeling as if you are in Paris constantly, then it will do everything to make it happen. It will start fighting, forcing doors open etc. Imagination is the key to opening new realities. The more you do this the easir it becomes.

Wow. okay. Thanks a million. This is the most direct answer I've ever gotten on this subject.

I would like to ask, what role does numerology play in determining one's life lessons. For example I've read that a name number that determines wealth would make someone rich while other names that encourages spiritual growth may not favour wealth.

The question is this. If a person with a name not favouring enormous wealth imagines and creates and feels wealth...how does it work out?

Present tense.

Use images, feelings and repetitions too. The goal is that the messages gets to your higher self. Then 90% of the job is done. Don't forget to bind your declaration else you may soon lose whatever you get.

Above all be happy as everything you need has been provided for already.

Thanks for this concise answer. Please when you say "Bind" how do you mean? What is the method or technique?
