I think according to the way I had read this story"Tony"was just a name which was meant to accompyning you,as already stated that it happens that sometimes you would travel without knowing that someone is following you. That what happen on your day of the arrest,because how come that Tony would just switch off his phone witHout knowing that you have been arrested?.someone sees you that yve been arrested and they switch of their phones...God is with you girl
