Hello house, please I need step by step guidelines on how to make payment using barter by flutterwave. I’ve downloaded the app but do not know the next step to take, I want to pay for CES evaluation. I’ll be unable to use my debit card because of the limit. In fact, I can only use a credit card to make payment on their website. Second, anyone that has successfully evaluated their documents with CES, kindly reply here as I have a few questions I would like to ask. Thank you. 1 Like |

Mmamaroon: efficiency from schools to send transcripts for ECA - This is where I am stuck... A month plus now my school has not sent my transcript, when it is not rocket science. No be type and send via email? Mtchew! I’ve not gotten to half of the journey I’m already frustrated! |

Congratulations to all those who got ITA on Wednesday. My school and ICES have been using me to play hide and seek. School says they have sent it, ICES says they are yet to receive it. Contacted my person in the school, that one swears it has been sent, contacted ICES, they say they are yet to receive. The 16 weeks ETA will not start counting until they receive official documents from my school. I have to be in that pool before my next birthday in March, if not I’ll loose 5 points. I’m running mad and can’t think straight, hmmm. I just pray and hope that this trend of reduced scores continues, even if I fall back to 470, I can still get the ITA. God help me. Please is there anyone here that attended this school - Universite Protestante De L’afrique De L’ouest? Kindly PM me if you have anyone that can help, thanks. |

Hello guys, good morning. I’m evaluating my documents with ICES. Registered online on the 30th of October (uploaded the required documents). My school has sent my documents to them as well. However, I logged in this morning to see this. Please for guys that used ICES, any idea what this means?

transfer101: Hello, just seeing this. I am no longer using WES any more, decided to opt for ICES. This is because the school I attended prefers ICES to WES. Don’t know about WES stigmatizing certificates from Benin tho. |

Please what is the best NOC for a customer service team lead with the following job description cos I’m really confused: • Strategizing and monitoring daily activities of customer service operation. • Evaluating and monitoring agents performance, providing learning and coaching opportunities. • Prepare reports and analyse data to assist management as they determine call centre goals. • Identifying operational issues and suggesting possible improvements. • Handle major incidents that cannot be resolved by agents. • Ensuring agents understand and comply with all call centre objectives, performance standards and policy. • Investigate and solve product and service complaints. • Performing additional duties where needed. 1 Like |

Hi guys, I work as a customer service team lead in an e-commerce firm. I guess my NOC code would be 6314 (Customer and information services supervisors). • Strategizing and monitoring daily activities of customer service operation. Kindly confirm if the duties/responsibilities above suits the NOC title. Thanks |

Hi guys, for those that evaluated their documents with ICES, how much did you pay in total? I can see on their website that standard fee is 200 CAD, is it compulsory to pay the extra 75 CAD for courier delivery which makes it a total of 275 or I just go ahead with paying only 200 CAD? Second, do they receive documents via email? Instead of going through courier which may take weeks, my school is willing to send the documents via their official email address. Kindly assist please. Thank you. |

Hi guys, for police certificate, I am supposed to present one if I have lived in a country for at least 6 months in the last 10 years. I did my masters program outside Nigeria (Benin Republic) - 2015/2016. Does it mean I’ll have to provide police certificate from that country asides the one I’ll get from Nigeria? |

Good morning house Has anyone done evaluation with ICES? How long did it take for them to evaluate your documents? Their website shows 16 weeks which is approximately 4 months from now, and that’s a very long time because I want to be in the pool this year. Still trying to process my transcript from my school. Your feedback will be appreciated, thanks. |

Hello house, please what does this mean? “ The tie-breaking rule for this draw was applied to profiles at 471 points submitted after March 2, 2020 at 12:47:08 UTC.” Does it mean people that submitted their profile after March 2nd and earned 471 points and above will get ITA? My brother got into the pool last week with a CRS of 475 but didn’t get ITA today. Kindly explain, thanks. |

Hello guys, I need some clarification concerning POF. For 1 person, it’s about 12,960 CAD. I have an uncle that wants to pay the money into my account but in US dollars (had to open a domiciliary account for that purpose). It’s equivalent is about 10,000 USD, told him to pay it in bits, he has paid 3k dollars twice and it’s remaining about 4k. Want him to pay the rest by next month. My question is hope it won’t look suspicious that I have such amount entering my account, when I request for my statement of account, it will only show that money was paid in 3 times. Hope this will not be an issue? Your feedback will be much appreciated. |
