I think you missed the part where it was stated that the applicant would be deemed inadmissible to Canada if found to have misrepresented facts regarding his application.

This is not a reapplication case as your comment seems to suggest, it goes farther than that. The guy is looking at an almost certain ban on applying to Canada, and by extension pretty much any first world nation, if he does not provide a tenable reason why he misrepresented himself (aka lied)

I don't think many applicants here appreciate the need to be forthright in their submissions regarding visas and the likes and that poster's case is evidence of this sad situation.

Dear Wasiu Popoola:

I have reviewed your application and documents you submitted in its support. Subsection 11(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act provides that a foreign national must, before entering Canada, apply to an officer for a visa or any other document required by the Regulations. The visa or document shall be issued if, following an examination, the officer is satisfied that the foreign national is not inadmissible and meets the requirements of this Act.

I have concerns that you have not fulfilled the requirement put upon you by section 16(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, which states:

16(1) A person who makes an application must answer truthfully all questions put to them for the purpose of the examination and must produce a visa and all relevant evidence and documents that the officer reasonably requires.

On the current application form, you indicate that you have never been refused any kind of visa, admission, or been ordered to leave Canada or any other country. According to information in our records, you were refused a visa to the United States in 2014 and 2015.

Please note that if it is found that you have engaged in misrepresentation in submitting your application, you may be found to be inadmissible under section 40(1)(a) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act. A finding of such inadmissibility would render you inadmissible to Canada for a period of five years according to section 40(2)(a):

40(1) A permanent resident or a foreign national is inadmissible for misrepresentation (a) for directly or indirectly misrepresenting or withholding material facts relating to a relevant matter that induces or could induce an error in the administration of this Act

40(2) The following provisions govern subsection (1): (a) the permanent resident or the foreign national continues to be inadmissible for misrepresentation for a period of five years following, in the case of a determination outside Canada, a final determination of inadmissibility under subsection (1) or, in the case of determination in Canada, the date the removal order is enforced.

I would like to give you an opportunity to respond to this information. I will afford you fifteen (15) days from the date of this letter to make any representations in this regard. Please use the address noted on this letter for all correspondence, and clearly indicate your file number. If you do not respond to this request within the time outlined above, your application will be assessed based on the information available, which will likely result in a refusal.

This situation is just frustrating, ought to resume to lambton college 2nd of this month, for a 2yrs course on cyber security and computer forensics. After visa application since September 21, medical's not called in for, even sent the school a mail on the situation, maybe I can get an extension but no response yet. Why will the embassy keep advocating for people to come to there country to study and yet be this discouraging. Hope fading away gradually. Have anyone passed through situation like this before and still got a the trv?

Anyway, 1.5m is small.

1- I have no idea but I know if it is possible, it will be very challenging, considering that 1.5 can't pay fees for just one term, not to talk of your upkeep.

2- bank Form A option i guess. Try it at your bank head office, Or ask a banker to assist you and let's know what happen afterwards.

3 - Don't even think of agents. Too many fake ones and am sure you don't have the original ones' money.

Ok. I decided to check the popular NBCC, to know if your 1.5m can go far and in your choice program.
My quick findings are below:

NBCC offers PG international Business administration with current fees of about 8k cad, but a planned about 1k cad yearly increase till 2019- subject to approval by minister of blah blah blah.

I think you should check out the school. Your 1.5m will go far there. Don't know about the competition you will face sha.

But wait! What is your UG course and CGPA of your last two years of study?

Good day house, already gathered all necessary documents for my application by next year, my only fear or concern now is the SOA and sponsorship..... Because it's lately one one the major reasons for denial.... My question are;
1 .WHAT SHOULD THE ACCOUNT LOOK LIKE, IN TERMS OF FLOW OF FUNDS AND IS THERE A PARTICULAR AMOUNT FOR CLOSING BALANCE ?
....Any gud earns from ur sponsor weekly, monthly or annually and dere is no particular amounts for closing balance but u most @list 've a reasonable close balance 2 b on a safe side.

2.CIC REQUESTS FOR AN ACCOUNT CARRYING THE EQUIVALENT OF YOUR TUITION FEE PLUS 10K CAD FOR LIVING EXPENSES, ONCE I HAVE AN ACCOUNT CONTAINING THIS DO I STILL NEED TO CHECK FOR INFLOW AND OUTFLOW? IF YES WHAT SHOULD ........d ans of number 2 is already in 1 bro

3.LASTLY IF I'M USING MY SISTER'S FATHER INLAW AS SPONSOR OR ANY OTHER PERSON NOT RELATING TO ME, HOW DO I CONVINCINGLY PROVE TO THE VO THAT HE WILL SPONSOR ME ...dere are so many ways u can convince d vo
1..by ur sponsor puting up a very gud LOE,( hammer more on d reasons y he choose to help u ) and

2..presenting all his supporting documents( id of place of work, international pp, tax cert, hox and land deeds, share cert etc .


PS:I'M USING MY DAD ACCOUNT WITH CLOSING BALANCE OF 5M AS SECONDARY ACCOUNT, ..5m is kul, if d account has been flowing wel bro.

i applied for TRV on 27th of October and my application was receive on the 30th Oct and the same day i link my application,and now i can monitor my application but i notice something DAT my medical was indicate whether i pass or fail because i have don medical before in July 25th when i got a medical mail for last application which i was delayed and they told me it is of a year. BUT now when i check my application statutes online it show DAT my application statutes is not available and DAT i should try again later dis has been happening since 20th of NOV till now.....NO TABLE TO SHOW IF I PASS THE MEDICAL OR NOT OR IF THEY NEED ME TO GO FOR ANOTHER MEDICALS

And again. I submitted through an agent so he used his mail for my application. But I've my tracking number with me. is it possible they request for medical using the tracking number or they'll request through the use of mail? Besides my sponsor is a citizen. Does this mean it'll look easy
