I don't know how true these allegations really are, but I believe that legal action is the best way to vent your frustrations against a system that is unfair to you. You guys better have concrete evidence against him, otherwise your protest might end up an exercise in futility.


PS: When fighting an enemy, strike when he is least aware. Broadcasting the action before execution will only help him understand your strategy, mobilize a defense and deal with you guys out easily.
