Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Nigerian Army DSSC And SCC 2013 Recruitment Is Out! by nicago: 4:48pm On Apr 24, 2013 |
emmanuel4fire: Only on the condition of conversion bro..Only. So your response should be Yes,,then you can add your addendum...lol. Actually there used to be another type of commission called the Direct Regular which has not been done since about 2004, in this ,Male Nigerians are trained as Combatant officers for 9 months and commisioned as 2Lt but the duration for hanging the pips was quite long, about 6 yrs, then the person begins to move on with the set he met as First Termers in NDA when he was admitted. Different conditions of service are attached to various types of commissioning. Just hope the process is as fair as possible. |

joker5180: what is the wisdom behind granting SCC 2nd lieutenant and DSSC full lieutenant? The SSC is a Regular Officer who can even reach the rank of General if age/service years permit. DSSC Officers are professionals. They rarely pass Brig. General. |

joseph1013: The one I heard is from 2010 recruitment. Heard they've started sending out letters. Thanks Joseph..did they organise ANOTHER interview again aside the initial one conducted in 2011? Please clear the air bro..so much info in the past..Second batch, another interview, another invite, etc.. These letters that are being sent out, are they ONLY for those that just did this new interview? Was there another invite before this interview? Thanks again bro.. |
It will have gotten better if only we had good incorruptible leaders in this country who actually place a high value on their citizens. It is very simple to get these Indians to stop misbehaving. The Chinese are doing the same thing too. Plus they flood the country with Chinese workers doing jobs Nigerians are capable of doing. 90% of them have no work visa, there are here on 3 months business visa, which is meant for business meetings, not working. Most can't speak bloody English. *sighs* This country sef!!!
Blame our government. Is a white/caucasian skin equal to expertise? Things that these foreigners can't do in their own countries, they get away with it here and will even be bragging that they will get you arrested with YOUR own army and police. It happened in my presence!! You can't even work in their countries?? Can you blame them not to bring down their entire families when our people will welcome them with siren and police escorts, accomodation in posh areas along with unbelievable salaries/contract sums? Please ask yourself, HOW MANY FOREIGN COUNTRIES WILL GIVE A NIGERIAN COMPANY CONSTRUCTION JOBS AND CONTRACTS TO DO IN THEIR OWN COUNTRY?? THEN WHY DO WE DO IT?? |

Travel to Dubai, Oman and Qatar, then you will be puzzled to find out why my brother's here choose to be backward. Sultan Salahadeen Ayyubbi, a great leader by all accounts, didn't live like this. He was a man of extreme peace, others after him just chose the path of violence. He was a just leader who promoted peace in every way possible. When King Richard THE LION-HEART came to attack Palestine to take it back from the Saracens, Salahadeen knowing they were coming to attack him sent emmisarries with food for the entire invading army. Can you imagine that? After this simple gesture, the invaders simply lost their will to fight such a man. His Highness Sheik Mohammed Bin Rashid Al-Maktoum is a leader all muslims should emulate. He has transformed Dubai and the UAE to a jewel in the desert, he encourages peace, development and enhanced quality of life for his country's citizens so they can live full qualitative lives while some other Islamic leaders here teach their followers to blast 'infidels' to smithereens for a reward on the other side, a reward that these leaders themselves are reluctant to recieve.. Something MUST happen soon. |
I read in a Newspaper Yesterday (cant remember the name), the DG of NIMC was in an interview, can u imagine what the DG said, after singing that the programme would kick off bythe end of 1st quarter (April), in this recent interview He changed it to 2nd quarter(which is July/August)... Now the question is will people still be employed by April and enroled for Training of 2 to 6 weeks, or Nimc is Joking withApplicants
I wonder why people are getting worked-up over this NIMC recuitment. NIMC is a Federal government agency and you only need to find out how other FG parastatals conduct their recruitments. The duration of waiting can be killing, the only exception in the recent past is INEC which concluded their recruitment in a record 2 months after aptitude tests. NAFDAC, EFCC, NNPC, DPR, NPF, NTISF, etc..are all good examples of the typical FG recruitments which promised rounding off within 2-3 months but ended up spanning 2-3 years. If the recruitment had been included in NIMC's 2013 budget, then we are on track but if not, na long thing o. I just hope this second quarter info stands. However, on the interim, let's just try to keep searching for more mind-sharpening things to do so when our opportunity comes, we won't be found wanting. All I've said is never meant to discourage anyone but to prepare us for any turn of events. The Nigerian system is SLOW. Cheers. |

Walexz02: Hehehe!.... I wonder o!!! There are private individuals doing great things in their own little ways in Nigeria, things which are News-worthy, soul-lifting and encouraging, yet, Sahara Reporters always want to feed us with sad news in the midst of economic hardship being experienced by alot of people. They should just leave that woman alone!!! I am no fan of her's but for her to publicly shame the likes of Abati, Okupe and numerous other presedential sources by revealing the truth makes her acceptable to me after all the lies and deciet. Another 'sickness of the head' I find with Sahara is the consistent LIE of speaking with one faceless source here and there and in trying to verify claims, they placed calls and sent messages to this adviser or that aide and the person didn't respond. CHEAP LIES.. |

Another AMAZING thing usually happened when Nigeria Airways was still flying in the late 90's and early 2000, can you imagine ppl will rush for seats IRRESPECTIVE of their seat numbers clearly written on their tickets, they will still want to sit wherever they choose. Now, add fighting, insulting and cursing to the above.. Nice work Op. |
