Get the team members to clean up the stuff and to identify the price and after that to do the sale. Believe me it has worked here for me as I'm doin it to raise funds for the homeless children here. So far we've collected RM120,000.00 within a month and its really a good response from the crowd. For the concert part, leave it as I'm assure that your instruments are not properly maintained and also PLEASE. . . . . now that I'm not there, you guys need to divide responsibilities. One will be the secretary (to take minutes of meeting), one will be on Sales & marketing (promotions, advertizing), one will be o n Public Relations, we need a treasurer (What happen to the bank account which I have opened for you guys?), we need a Logistic person, A vise president and a president. Than at least not one person will hold all of the burden but everyone will share the equal amount of burden. I will continue this another time as I have to run a meeting right now.
