Your works look great. I'm interested in a design for a 4 bedroom duplex, all en-suite, a study, large kitchen. I also want a 2-room BQ ensuite on the same plot of land 18mx36m. In particular, each room must have cross-ventilation, and balcony.

I do have an idea how I want the house to look, so let's see what you can come up with, then I make corrections.

Again, how much would this cost me?

@Lastbourne

I'm sorry, I don't know u, but the impression u are creating about yourself here is not good enough, the practice of architecture has its ethics & so does internet marketing has its etiquette called netiquettes.
A man spend sleepless nights to produce jobs to convince people that he is a master of his trade, & that he can add value to their lives, short of having a website, he CREATES  a marketing thread on a forum like this & nurtures it, when people are now ready to patronize him, u come out & paste your address on that same thread to poach his clients.
Have u tried to put yourself in his position? Well to u it may seem like a smart move, but to discerning observers, you may be giving the impression of a desperate shameless quack, who will not think twice before cheating even his clients, even the moderator himself has complained of people coming here to make promises they cannot deliver on.
Its a free world, why cant u create your own thread, display your works & enjoy the admiration & patronage that comes with it.
Or u can go to threads that are not marketing threads, where people who need a service are just enquiring for anybody who can assist them, in that case anybody can offer the solution they have at hand without guilt, u can also contribute to a marketing thread by adding value, not just jumping in to poach.
You are not the only one guilty of this bad practice, I wish all those concerned will give this issue a dis-passionate second thought. Let's all join hands to give NL Property Section a respectable image that will rub positively on all our businesses. I wish u well in all your positive endeavours.

This is a first in all my  years of posting on nairaland. No own can claim "ownership" to any thread. its free for all o abeg.

However we are all human beings & should try to communicate better. If you want it to yourself alone you have to ask politely. The trend has always been the more the merrier, try to be smart about this, the more pple posting on a thread the more it gets noticed & so also your works get noticed. And in the end, we all win.
Re: Architectural Designs For Nairalanders Who Want To Build by JoJo202: 5:53pm On Apr 15, 2010
@Yemo,

You really are not getting it are you?

I personally believe you will gain more by starting your own thread than pushing too hard here. The original poster here was in another's thread, before he eventually started this. I definitely am not asking you to close shop; just keeping things in perspective.

If you care to read my first post in here, the question I asked was directed at ihbrooke, but then, you promptly came out of nowhere to hijack the conversation, which in my opinion, is very rude.

Dude, let's learn to respect one another here. Sure no one will stop you from doing whatever you please, but at least, don't be in people's face while you go about it.

BTW, for someone looking for customers, you sure are one RUDE guy! nuf said.

You've been doing a great job, keep it up. I love ur designs but i'm constrained by land space. I have 1/2 plot of land in Lagos measuring 30(width) x 120(lenght), My plan is to have a duplex with 4 or 5 bedrooms altogether with the house still facing the street (width). Is it possible and if yes, can u suggest a fine design here 4 me to access?

Thank U

@ihebrooke , the three bedroom bungalow all in suite, is very nice design do have idea of what it will cost.

The design was constructed for a client and the total cost of construction was 4.2m.
Now this is not constant since the materials used for his own might not be suitable for you.
Nevertheless, the design package comes with the full estimate of your house(from start to finish)

@Ihebrooke

So amazingly rare is the maturity you have shown on this thread. On top of that, your designs are simply marvellous! Keep it up, you will go places.

A couple of questions, please pardon my ignorance: I am guessing you are an Architect or "designer", is that right? You show exterior 3D views, but when it comes to dimensioning the interior (e.g. deciding how big the kitchen and bathrooms etc will be to fit into the overall external limits of the building) are you able to provide those too or is that for another professional? Are you also able to provide internal 3d views?

Kip on rockin!
Re: Architectural Designs For Nairalanders Who Want To Build by ihebrooke(m): 6:12pm On Apr 17, 2010
@X-2-X
Thanks for the compliment.
Actually i am an architect, i don't really show the interiors(dimensioning) of my buildings in this forum because so many of my works have been fraudulently duplicated by various people(including nairalanders).
For internal 3ds views, i do that for some of the clients that demand for it.
