It looks more to me that you have just finished having sex with these ladies, or maybe they just finished copulating with some other men, and they had to stand up from bed for a quick pose, because their bodies are all sweaty and theres a bed at the back, or in your doctrine, you don't use water for baptism, is it all about sex?

But I suppose you're very correct that the more people make a contrary noise, the more God will use the opportunity to touch hearts with the truth of the Gospel. bari_kade has ably attended to him - and thank God for guys like that. I enjoyed the way he handled the latest joke of Reverend suggesting that Jesus was an alien. Haa!! I was a bit dazed when I saw that (confessing now. . .lol), and secretly wished (no, prayed) that bari_kade would show up - and he did! But the whole scenario made me think within myself - why did I have to wait until bari_kade showed up anyway??  

Well, we learn everyday, and I'm so grateful for this Forum; it has helped me to gain more insight into some of the little issues that have been buzzing in my head for a while back now. Thank God for all things and the praise be His alone.

i am based in london and attended the program here at excel center docklands, wao waoh!!!!!!experienced the power of God in mighty and tremendous way. we were hooked up to the program in Nigeria via satelite, we had two large screens. there were testimonies, people got healed in numbers, hey hey hey!
if there are people out there dont believe in God or the miracles, i really dont know what to say to them.

same happened in Johannesburg we heard as healings were taking place in Nigeria, it was happening in London and Johannesburg.

we saw how there was a terrible wind in the program on sunday night, how the flowers on the stage were swaying and wind sound was so much that we could not here very well the message. and hey!!! when pastor Chris said we should all stretch forth our hand and begin to pray, we all did here in London and instantly! instantly! the storm calmed down, all the flowers that were swaying terrible, stopped! the big sound of the wind completely stopped, isn't this a great miracle! just like Jesus when he spoke to the storm and it obeyed!
hey we were all shouting and screaming and praising God.

i can go on and on, let me tell you, hey! there were so many people who had one leg shorter than the other in London that got healed. i know of three people personally, one is in Christ embassy Docklands and two in Christ embassy bermonsey, i have known them for years, they have one leg shorter than the other. when pastor Chris prayed for this case on sunday night, hey glory to God, they were, hey! they were healed, i was crying all night because i knew these people and they are now walking normally, both legs are now equal,

how can you explain these, the miracles in London were outstanding, , if you want more let me know i will tell you.
God is awesome, our ministry is unique, i feel sorry for people who are criticizing pastor Chris, please come to London and see the impact he is having in this nation, people say because Africans are suffering thats why he had such a large attendance, but come and see the excel centre here in London it was packed out! the program was attended by Christ embassies in USA Switzerland, Spain, Canada and many more,

Sorry if I sounded so heated there; some of us hardly know how to temper grace with good sense in the midst of a critical situation. God help me - I need that so much more. . .lol.

That said, I agree with you to a degree; but let me add this bit:

The only place I have read of the title "Reverend" in the Bible is in Psa. 111:9 - where it is in reference to God alone: "He sent redemption unto his people: he hath commanded his covenant for ever: holy and reverend is his name." I don't know how the term/title came to be used in ecclesiastical circles today for men and women. Incidentally, the local church where I worship had a minister who was formerly addressed as 'Rev. xyz' (names withheld) until he radically turned the church around and called for an overhaul of our practices - from titles to practices to beliefs to whatever! Now he goes by the simple name 'Mr.' or is content to be addressed as 'Pastor' and nothing more. Initially, we were confused, even angry ( ), and many left; some came back though. . . but today the church is growing and has become stronger in the faith than we ever would have been in the previous tradition for more than two decades.

On the other hand, you're right that this chap is free to call himself by any title. . . albeit, he's certainly a disgrace to the Lord's name and Word! There I rest the case for now by saying, yes, I totally agree with you on point # 2.

I do read my bible and will appreciate if we christians, redeemed by the blood of Jesus will not be agressive in our communication even if people don't agree with us.

I live my life by one principle: Love. I love you with the love of God, but I also admonish you not to be quick to make statements like "you don't understand your bible" I am on the Lords side

Trust me on one point: The devil has been lying to the world for six Million years. Lies like the 'Kinky mary' is outdated. He is more constructive than that this days. That is what i believe TV01 was talking about. The Bible says he will appear as an angel of light. Even the antichrist himself will first do the world a lot of good to get people on his side before revealing his true nature. I believe few or if any at all will believe the obvious lies of "Reverend".

The only way to win this war is for us to keep getting the truth out in our everyday lives. Remember we are in the ministry of reconciliation.

I can't begin to list all the things that are happening in our lives, but i'm so excited about my sister, healed in the name of Jesus!! she didn't go to Nigeria, she was at the program in London!!!
