This has been one true resource for the discovery of interesting Nigerian sites no doubt. There are few I've loved, many I've found absolutely despicable. The Lagos Auto Bay isn't bad at all, but too many dead links. I think it would be one of the greatest when completed. To me, Access Bank (http://www.accessbankplc.com) remains the most innovative site any Nigerian organization can boast of. And I don't see any site beating in the near future. |

you are right farriel. Access Bank is one of the most professional looking NIgerian website . I am proud of that site. |

ill like nairalanders to check out www.woointeractive.com they claim to be the best weboutfit in nigeria, check their portfolio. What u think? |
Re: Your Favorite Nigerian Website(s)? by kazey(m): 10:08pm On Aug 07, 2005 |
They got big clients alright, but their designs are not that impresssive. They got good flash and graphic designers alright. But I still prefer Interactive Technology Solutions portfolio. They are more simple, precise, and their website is not image loaded, very portable. Anybody company can claim anything |

Re: Your Favorite Nigerian Website(s)? by Farriel(m): 7:51pm On Aug 12, 2005 |
I suppose Woo-Interactive does have some very impressive clients and interesting sites to match but overall, their designs are mediocre, in contrast to some design firms around. All they've got are pretty big clients (Even though their Flash guys are trying). I've got folks here in PH who have done some better designs but are not yet in the big league. |

Great linkz. Very great sites. But Access Bank still's the leader (BTW, I felt we were looking at sites that fell within the boundaries of having Nigeria developers? Rita's site and a lot more being listed weren't done here in Nigeria). |

Re: Your Favorite Nigerian Website(s)? by Seun(m): 4:33pm On Sep 11, 2005 |
It won't be hard to set up some form of music station for Nairaland, but the challenge I'm facing is this: how do you do it legally, with proper compensation for the owners of the music? Santjoe, the answer to your question is at: www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-872.0.html |
Re: Your Favorite Nigerian Website(s)? by layi(m): 4:45pm On Sep 11, 2005 |
Maybe we need to find out How www.xsao.net does it? That site has got any song u can think song. Just logon and Listen FREE (any american/european song). I wonder how they handle the mechanical royalties stuff? |
Re: Your Favorite Nigerian Website(s)? by Seun(m): 6:14pm On Sep 11, 2005 |
The US has a government-licensed agency that handles the issue of music streaming. You pay a simple fee and you have rights to stream all the music you want. But no such agency exists in Nigeria! |
Re: Your Favorite Nigerian Website(s)? by Saintjoe(m): 7:15pm On Sep 11, 2005 |
Yeah Layi Xsao.net is good, it is one of my favorites. But we are talking about Nigeian websites here. |
