Az long as that city is open for work and not under lockdown due to Covid-19 rise. With a work Visa it's as good as you coming with a resident permit or even an essential worker to the company . Let me know if you want me to look into it

I’d appreciate it if you look into it... cause on the polish embassy site just student and work deemed ‘essential’ are allowed to get visa..
