rxmusa: I don’t care if Emefiele is jailed. After all, most of us have been “wailing” about how incompetent the man is for the past 9 years. But on this, it’s the best monetary policy FG has made after bank reconsolidation. Besides, why are you guys crucifying only Emefele even when Mr president made a press statement that he was the one who gave the CBN order to carry out the policy? Whoever believes that the CBN would wake up one morning and make such policy on her own without an order from the president is lying to himself. 1 Like |

wwwkaycom: For the past 8 years, people like you have been praising Buhari even with his abysmal outing and bad policies just because you thought his government didn’t favor a section of Nigerians and also because you thought he was going to hand over to your principal without due process. Only to turn around and begin to curse him out because you thought the cashless policy was going to work against your principal. The cashless policy was not well packaged, but it has achieved a lot so far. Kidnapping and armed robbery is at the lowest. Vote buying was drastically reduced. What’s wrong with that? How is it supposed to work against Tinubu? Was he planning to buy votes or kidnap people? Look, every patriotic Nigerian should support the cashless policy. We should fight more for factors that can make it succeed. Factors like efficient internet to power online, mobile and atm transactions. I left the developed world over 10 years ago. I left what I thought was a perfect cashless system. But what I’m hearing from families and friends makes it a child play to what they have now yet Nigeria is nothing near to what I saw in those countries 15 years ago. Haba! Everything must not be politics abeg. Nigeria must meet up. And sure, another election comes up 2027. But are you saying people who feel there was electoral fraud shouldn’t challenge the 2023 presidential election just because your preferred candidate won? Haba Are you aware that buhari challenged all the times he contested for election and he was encouraged to do that? Are you also aware Tinubu help reclaim several stolen mandates of some aspirants mostly in southwest? He was hailed for going to court. Why tell people to wait till 2027 to contest for another one instead of challenging the 2023 in court? The logic here is hypocritical, so biased and highly flawed! 2 Likes |

And please sir, slashing salaries without enacting it as a law is one of the most pretentious moves I’ve ever seen. Let’s not even talk about slashing salaries but going ahead to allocate billions for “feeding”, fuel, estacodes etc. You dey chop billions but turn around to tell some rascals in the senate not to chop millions? They will of course laugh at you. 1 Like |

BluntTheApostle: Dictators? As if we never had loads of them in the past. Ours were even more powerful than the people I mentioned earlier. Ours were in the mold of Suharto and Sukarno of Indonesia, Marcos of Philippine and Pol Pot of Cambodia who all shared boundaries Singapore and ruled during the times of the initial guys I mentioned earlier. They were colossal failures to themselves and their countries. My point is that though authoritarian rules expedite development but it has more to do with the political will to work for your people whether in a military regime or in a democracy. Nigerian leaders lack the political will to enact change and follow through a progressive policy to the end. They keep giving silly excuse of “how many people you wan jail?”. How many people can you even jail when you are as guilty or even more guilty than the person you want to jail. Look, Lee Kuan Yew didn’t change Singapore because he was a dictator. He did because he came with equal and quick justice and political will to execute fantastic policies. 1 Like |

Lee Kuan Yew of Singapore did it “alone”. General Park of South Korea did it “alone’. Deng xiaoping of China did it. Paul kagame of Rwanda is doing it. In an environment of disorderliness, only one leader can change it. How? Live by a strict example. And apply quick and equal justice for those who don’t want to fall in line. Before you know it, the community will give you massive support because everyone actually wants a better environment. Nigeria was not half as disorderly, racist and corrupt as all these aforementioned countries before these individuals took over. This is not some 500 years history. These guys changed their countries right in front of us. 1 Like 1 Share |

Carmal90: In all the dreams I stated here, I never came as a prophet. I clearly state what I saw in my dreams. And I follow it up by stating that I may be wrong with timing. On that note, I apologize if the dream I had didn’t come true or hasn’t come through yet. I also wish to clearly state that the op never totally agreed with me based on timing and characters involved. My political views in real life sometimes are different from some of my dreams and so my dreams should not be seen to vilify a person/persons or to sell my own interests. It’s simply dreams I had which I had no control over and had no regrets I stated them. In addition, I never mix my dream life with my political views here. I only throw it in once in a while into one or two spiritual threads like this. I personally will vote my own candidate in the coming election. Whether he wins or not, I’m hoping God’s will, will be done. This is not a denial to my dreams but to clarify who said what and who didn’t. 3 Likes |

AtikuOkowa: All the 48 laws of power are very much relevant in this present day. Problem is that people apply them at the wrong times. That Mr Greene lumped all laws in one book doesn’t mean you must practice the whole laws at the same time. Some of the laws contradicts each other if practiced at the same time. But if you insist they are outdated, then provide the replacements. And when you do, you will still find out you have picked one of the laws again. The law Wike and all the people you mentioned would’ve used are still among the 48 laws. But they supposedly chose the wrong one for a particular situation. That being said, all the guys you mentioned haven’t lived out the use of “court attention at all cost”. The situation is still ongoing. In all, timing to use any of the laws is key. 2 Likes |

1. They can’t be seen protesting against the policy of a “brother” and respected personality like Buhari. 2. Buhari has told them that the policy is targeted at corrupt politicians and kidnappers. The average northerner will endure anything to get rid of these people. 3. They are mostly contented with little. 4. Again, the buhari has told them that the policy is targeted at corrupt politicians and kidnappers. Not to the masses. That assurance from buhari is enough for them. 1 Like 1 Share |

I’m not perfect and so I don’t have the moral grounds to judge her sex life. But coming here to say you made millions or would have bought car and house from 30k to 50k prostitution deals that come once in a while (maybe once or twice in a week) is a big FAT Lie! Not forgetting the love-vendor’s cut (agent fee). Our top politicians especially in Abuja are notoriously promiscuous with little girls but I’m sure they (109 senators) don’t waste everyday frolicking and dolling out millions of naira to scary looking girls everyday in Abuja because of Kayan Mata. Most senators wey be full time native doctors themselves. A few of the people that make a few millions from politicians are some well known nollywood actresses. And they know how long they will have to do it to buy just a car and build a small house. And they don’t go about sleeping with random politicians like hood rats. They become serious mistresses or concubines to some of these men and so in that way, emotional connections are made and good amount of money or expensive gifts are given to them in the long run. An unknown, not too beautiful random chick don’t make such money in that business. You go chop 50-100k tire. And after you pay for Abuja house rent and hale cab and buy a few slutty yet unnecessarily expensive clothes, you can’t even have balance to feed properly let alone buy a smelly bone straight. Just sell your goods but don’t throw in senseless lies. Good a thing the young girl in question is now an actress/celebrity. 3 Likes 2 Shares |

Usually in other climes you want to claim knowledge of, families of such people are usually contacted and even more and true information is gotten and the stories well told in a manner it won’t be too traumatic for the families. In most cases, those families are made co-producers. Where most families are not usually contacted are cases where the characters are criminals and cases well established by the courts. Look, I never said she would be found wanting by the court. It’s not legal stuf, but a moral thing. Blackmail people here all you want, if the families are not well taken care of; it will be clear Linda set out to profit from the families suffering from day one. 2 Likes |

Only a fool would think the CBN governor just woke one morning and started making these recent policies. Matter of fact, given how weak we know Emefiele to be, I can bet with anything that the man has never made a single policy on his own since his appointment. The presidency sends in their thoughts on what should be done, the governor simple stamps it and that’s all. Even as rugged and rebellious as Sanusi was, he hardly made any policy of his own. No need playing the ostrich in this new CBN policies. We know who is directing the movie. Why he is doing it is what we are not too sure of. 2 Likes |

All Governmennt schools in Nigeria are subsidized and cheap. Why don’t we also call out other professionals leaving the country? MEGA4BILLION: I’m not sure of this sir. Banks are more comfortable and make more money from POS than from ATM. The workload inside the bank and at the ATM is slashed by over 50% for the bank. These banks have committees to encourage pos operators. They give them targets, then commission and awards. I know of this. In fact, I think it’s the CBN that forces banks to maintain a certain number of ATM. What the CBN is saying is that to be a pos operator, get a shop with a verified address so you and your customers will be well monitored. A lot has been happening in this pos business these days. 2 Likes 1 Share |

JudasNaKarrot: Let me tell you guys this for free. As much as I think that the CBN governor is shady, don’t ever think that the man just woke one morning and started reeling out all these policies. Even when he bought presidential form to contest, it still wasn’t his idea. All these CBN policies are solely buhari and the cabal’s ideas. And if you know buhari well, he hardly backs down on this kind of action. And that’s why I laugh so hard anytime I see his fellow party men accusing Emefele of fighting them by trying to use these new CBN policies instead of buhari. Intel from the presidency has it that over a trillion naira has been stashed by governors alone. Buhari wants to neutralize those monies. He did it in the 80s as a military head of state. Buhari wants to deal with some Nigerian politicians irrespective of party affiliation before he leaves. Emefiele is just a pawn. As for soludo and the governors, they can hardly spoil anything as they don’t have enough time to fight back with their selfish governor’s forum. Most of them will turn beggars in the street if buhari succeeds with this policy. 3 Likes 1 Share |
