Have you paid for the visa fee? If yes then proceed to self upload the necessary documents and then book a date for your appointment which is you have to print the page of your appointment
You have to go with your
Original international passport
Photocopy page of your passport
A copy of the interview date

They just opened the account for her in March 2022. They used to send money to her daughters here in Nigeria and those ones will withdraw and give her cash.
