Thanks for this really aprpeciate, how do i send with urgent passionate as you stated and yes i have my medical result from iom. I have send all those even before the rejection and till date still sending all as you advised thanks alot

It's through the Webform and all the emails with URGENT as the title. You will then explain and appeal for a reconsideration in the body of email as being suggested by others. Do not make a mistake of putting any of the email addresses in copy. Send to each of the email addresses separately.

Moreover, when you want to send to Nairobi, send it on Monday at 6:20am Nigerian time which is 8:20am in Nairobi. With that, your email will most likely be among the set of emails on the first page which they will first attend to. This was what I did last week Thursday when they didn't update my upfront medical and that of my spouse which we submitted with our family application on August 2, 2022. But I didn't attached the e-medical form to my email. Within 15 minutes, they replied that I should send them our e-medical forms which I did immediately. When I checked again at 5pm that day, I saw that they had updated the two medicals to passed. That was why I made the comment that day that they were just doing what they like.

I pray this works for you too.

In all level of sincerity i didn't see the section for uploading additional documents ooo

Where to upload won't show directly on your dashboard. There's somewhere that reads submitted or uploaded documents. When you click it, it will take you back to where you uploaded documents you submitted with your application. I think that's where you will see where to upload it. You can still check now.

Iom submitted the medical result to ircc before the 30days funny enough. The issue is ircc themselves claim not to have recieved the reults.

Apart from the e-medical form, did you also request and obtain your medical report from the IOM and sent to the IRCC?

If you didn't get the medical report, I think you should request for it from the IOM. When you receive it, send it with an urgent passionate to the IRCC. Plead with with them to revisit your application as the decision was made based on the error from the IRCC. You can also involve the MP in your school district.

It was stated we did not receive your required medical result and this even caused a refusal. And the refusal state----You have not complied with our request for information, per subsection 16(1.1) of the IRPA. To date, you have failed to comply with our request for an examination.

And the medical was done submitted by iom and i also submited the medical myself through webform. It hurts oo

This is serious. I know gurus in the house will advise you on what to do.

I am pretty certain they still trim down that number to 14,000. Army recruitment was about same time and they got 30,000 applicants talk more of NERC that ran for about a month plus and more people preferred it than Army. They are some people in the Whatapps group complaining they can't login, a prompt will come up that they weren't shortlisted. So let's assumed 50k+ applied and they cut it down to 14k. Now they will use exam to further cut it down to an acceptable number for interviews that will still further cut it down again. If you hadn't get shortlisted even in this 14k people you will still complain.

Chairman, did you finish from UI Economics in 2011? Your name looks familiar.

But how will they trim down 14k tho? Imagine if 10,000 score really high, are they going to keep making them take test after test until they get the best 100?

This comment is childish. Someone just gave you a simple explanation and still asking this kind of question.

onyiokoye:
I don't know if that is really nice though. It makes it look like a joke.

They are giving everybody that meet their minimum requirements the opportunity to write the test so that they can reduce the number based on the test performance, you are there complaining and saying it is a joke.

If they didn't invite you when you know that you are qualified, you will still be complaining and be saying the Nigerian government is bad. Omo naija, what exactly do you want?

Did you expect them to shortlist only you with few others so that your chance will increase? Don't be selfish.

Note that the number of people shortlisted does not matter if God has destined that you will get this job.

Drop that selfish thinking. Focus on preparing for your test so that you can perform excellently well to proceed to the next round.

Please gurus, I need your input on this.

A friend's family application has just been approved after defering to January 2023.

Since the student can't start working until she starts her program, they are seeking answers to the following two options:

Option 1: Can the spouse start working immediately with his SOWP if they choose travel to Canada this month of September 2022?

Option 2: Can only the spouse travel this month of September 2022 and start working immediately with his SOWP while the wife (student) will join the spouse in January to start her study?

Your contributions will be highly appreciated.

Based on what I read from this link you shared, it seems submitting a new Study Permit application and a new application fee apply to those outside Canada.

While I agree with some of your concerns which are well placed to be honest, I believe WhatsApp is not the right platform, an open access telegram group could suffice.

With telegram no matter when one comes in, you have access to the very first entries as messages are cloud based and even when one loses his or her device, you simply log in and you have all ur history intact, furthermore if it's open access, one doesn't need to be in the group to access the resources available.

Second option could be setting up a new Google account and uploading documents and resources to the drive and the link is shared here while the discussion still continues as usual.

Just my 2 Kobo, better options can be shared and discussed. Cheers

Your second option is the best. That was exactly what was on my mind. No need to upload anything here. Just copy the link of any file from Google drive and paste here. Simple!

WhatsApp is too personal and too risky.

I just got a refusal letter from IRCC.

Applied on July 13th
Bvl July 18th
Medical passed on August 15th
Refusal September 15th

Reasons:

Normal general refusal statement. Not convinced that I would leave Canada after my studies and also insufficient financial reasons.

It's well.

Wait o! BVL July 18 or Biometric Collection Letter?

Yes I think he is right

Hey! I hope I've not caused something that will have a negative effect on my application?

I got a new LOA for January 2023 after defering my admission and I sent it via Webform and emails to Nairobi today which is less than 150 days. What will negative effect will this have on my application?

It's like these IRCC people are just doing what they like o.

I sent a webform and emails this morning to Nairobi to complain that they were yet to update my upfront medical and that of my spouse which we submitted with our family application. Few minutes after, replied my email that I should send to them the two e-medical forms which I did immediately.

To my surprise, I saw that they had updated our medical to passed when I checked just now. I was like so these people can be fast like this and why are they delaying decisions since?

Oh! Okay… I even thought it was Nairobi time oh… Plus that “ET” what does it even mean? I was translating it as Eastern time

Kai! You just gave me an assignment. Ok, I don get the answer with the help of Google as follows:

What Is Eastern Time?
Eastern Time (ET) is the easternmost time zone in the United States. It is also used in Canada.

Almost half of the population in the USA live in the ET time zone. It spans from northern Canada and all the way south to Panama near the equator.

In North America, Eastern Time shares a border with Atlantic Time (AT) in the east and with Central Time (CT) in the west.

Thanks for responding. Yes, I am aware. I have seen from the digital photo (passport phot) instructions, that there is a need for the photographer to sign at the back of the of the photo. This is the reason why I asked if I am to scan both front and back of the passport photo and attach it to the digital photo section?

Please help.

Chairman, you are applying online. Just get the soft copy of the passport photo with the stated specifications and upload. That's all.

What you read and mentioning here applies to those who want to do hardcopy paper submission. E no concern u at all.

Visa Approved!!!!

I have been a silent reader and observer. I am dropping this to encourage others on this wonderful platform who are waiting for PPR or waiting to even start the entire process. I am 38 years old with a study gap of 13years. I completed the masters program admission and visa application process myself.

Here is my timeline:
Application Submitted: 11th July
Biometrics: 14th July (updated on 22nd August after an email and webform)
Upfront medical: 20th July (updated on 29th August after an email and webform)
Eligibility started: 10th September
BVL: 10th September
PPR: 10th September

Due to the school enrollment deadline, I have already deferred my admission to the next intake which is within the 150days timeframe.

I pray that good news will locate everyone else still waiting.

Congratulations. May God bless you and your family with it.

What does the 150 days timeframe mean? What is its importance.
