My problem with some of us Nigerians when it comes to price increment is how some people act like they have all the money on earth.Take for instance, you bought a sachet water #10 yesterday and today the person selling says is #20 and while you're trying to know why there is an additional #10 between yesterday and today,another person will just come and ask how much is one sachet water and he/she is told #20 and the next thing you will hear is,"give me five" and at that point you that is trying to know why the price has increased will now be looking like a fool and you will be left with no choice than to buy.
We hardly or barely say no when price of commodities increases in this country,everybody dey form bigmanism but nothing dey pocket.
I once heard a story that there was a time #20 was added to price of bread in Brazil and people went into the street to protest until the money added was removed.

If he keeps forming deaf to your complains,go to the nearest Civil Defence Office and inform them about your problem and they will summon the man so that the problem will be look into.
Don't go to the Police no matter the man's refusal about your complain. Civil Defence are the ones in charge of house related issues.
