Foreign Affairs / Re: Corey Comperatore Is The Spectator Killed During Trump Rally Shooting by Ojady(m): 6:09pm On Jul 14
First, if it was not staged, why would an amateur aim to shoot and not kill?
Two, in America, when a shot goes out, everyone! And I mean, everyone that can move a muscle, moves in panic. Pandemonium takes place - pushing, screaming, ducking name it, survival mode kicks in and a stampede ensues... When you see the video, especially of those on the platform, folks were chill, even watching to see - that is highly unnatural, matter of fact, it suggests peeps may have had a heads up.
Third, who gets shot at, bleeding in the ears, and the first thing, you do when you get up is throw a fist in defiance? You're either a hardened war individual, or criminal, both of which Donald is not, or it was staged as hell.
Fourth, are we seriously going to believe that an Ex President of the US, one who is the most disliked after Obama, would surround himself with a amateur security personnel who would slip up so bad, a guy would setup, take aim, shoot at and miss your employer.

The facts are credible and the reality is, yes, after this bizarre PR stunt, Donald's odds of a 2nd run at the WH are looking good, Biden and the Democrats on the other hand are shook no doubt.
Also if the powers that truly rule America wanted Donald dead, the shooter would have been a different dude, Expendable, and would never have missed.

Car Talk / Re: Amazing Technology: Car Towing – When Will This Be Available In Nigeria? (photos by Ojady(m): 3:37pm On Jul 13
In a country where people are hungry, where many don't know how to feed themselves or where it will come from without money, how on earth will a towing vehicle solve the nation's problems?
You see the problem here is, we just see these so called "hardware" in foreign countries and 'fiam!', we bring it home without understanding the "software", intangibles, underlining or behind such structures. When this happens, purposes beyond the original purpose begin to emerge, leading to corruption by the privileged, more poverty and waste.
This is not a needed innovation right now! Teach us how to convert our backyard 6 by 6 to individually sustainable means of livelihood, shikena!!!

Travel / Re: Nigerian Man Captured Assaulting A Kenyan Woman Deported (Picture) by Ojady(m): 5:16pm On May 06
When it comes to man and wife, one ought to tread carefully. No one knows what led to his resorting to physical assault? We have no access to the audio of the video, so whatever one concludes is just the tail of the elephant.
The issues nonetheless are worth considering:
1. What happens to his investments/ business following his deportation?
2. Just because wife/girlfriend/babymama/girl/woman beating is the norm socially in Kenya, no foreigner (especially the undisputed most hated specie of blacks 'Nigerian') is allowed to try it and get away with it...
3. Did they have kids?is Madam ok to raise them without their Father? Or Perhaps Madam has been enlightened that once he is deported, virtually everything his, becomes hers ...

Either way, men!, DONT BEAT ANY WOMAN, the way they are set up, life somehow has a way of beating them everyday, in every way and in every stage. Getting deported from Kenya is not the end of the world - you can bounce back wiser.
Health / Re: Christopher Gilbert Fighting For Life After White "Friends" Push Him Into Lake by Ojady(m): 3:27pm On May 06
Many issues here:
The guy knew he could not swim, everyone knew he could not swim, one woman who knew he could not swim pushed him into the water, none of the 'everyone' who knew he could not swim, tried to stop her; neither did they jump in right away to save the poor guy, at least not till more than 5 minutes after. Lastly her response to the poor guy's Mom, if true, suggests pre-meditation.
There are two sides arguing: one surmises it as an example of white on black wickedness. The other says being with whites is far safer and better than their own race. Each standpoint has credible, and empirical reasons, however the undeniable fact is "every man, regardless of race, gender, age etc IS CAPABLE OF WICKEDNESS TO ANOTHER. It is not the exclusive preserve of one race - period.
It is not impossible that, when the guy was pushed into the water, his grappling and grasping could have been a 'sick' form of entertainment to those present who could swim yet they did not deem it right to jump in and save him. We see this in many movies on slavery.

Also the poor bloke, needs to be asked: How come, you were the only one (minority) in the group? Or how come you were the one that was pushed into the water? Had you become so comfortable to think 'hey they got my back!'...were there no other brothers (of the same race) there? (Cause if there was, I bet, they would do something) it appears he is one of those who to think people of my own colour cannot be trusted and should not be seen with....

Either way, we re glad he is alive and hope he learned the lesson, what folks know about you, can and will be used against you, it's just a matter of when, who, where and how.

This journalist is a typically proud Nigerian gal - one who was determined to get her irrelevant question across, no matter what... Her retort: "Well (shaking her head shamelessly) I can't help the way I speak"...speaks volumes not only to her personality beyond appearances, hips, lips and fingertips but also her inexperience... While trying to impress, she showed her lack of ability to adapt to an "on-the-spot", unplanned alteration of approach when the occasion called for it. For the Minister, in fairness to him, he did better, in trying to get the journalist to at least attempt to show she was versatile... But no...
Unfortunately many fall for appearances like hers, all surface, no depth...What exactly was the intelligence behind or point of the question?#NotImpressed

@op: you just gave a carefully written 10 reason essay about a man who is not related to you, one you don't live with, neither can tell us his shoe size... And some uninformed/misinformed folks will respond for and against... Now imagine, if you the op, and those responding to your post, were to sit down and write ten things about yourselves, maybe, why we should not remain as we are, or about our family or father/ mothers, telling how Peter Obi could learn a thing or two from our "sterling" qualities, perhaps we and Nigeria would not need a Jagabantis (oh sorry, I meant Jagaban), an Atikuloot (sic) or an "ObIgboBigot"...

Religion / Re: Why Do Some Great Pastors Die Young Despite Healing Many by Ojady(m): 4:06pm On Mar 17
Everything must go back to where it came from - flesh to earth, spirit to spirit. We humans are the ones: who try to set a time to it; who, in our pride of heart and vanity of the self, want to control it; who want to determine which time is 'good' and which is 'unfortunate'. The truth is, from the day we are born, this earthly body gotten from our parents and the spirit being gotten from The Lord Divine, begins its journey back to where they are from #EverythingAlwaysFindsItsLevel
Religion / Re: How Someone Cast A Spell Of Death On Me As A Child by Ojady(m): 9:19pm On Aug 31, 2023
EmekaStanley:
This is a true story of my life. Read this story to end, it could be the most important information you’ll ever get with regards to protecting your child.

No individual ever remembers what happened to him or her in their baby or toddler days, we only get the information from parents, older siblings, neighbors or just about anyone who happened to be there at that time. It was the same with me.

One of the earliest events of my childhood that I can recall was that one particular lady that lived within the neighborhood called me, ‘Anya tititi’, anytime she was passing by and sees me.

I later realized that she was jokingly making jest of an eye condition I had at that time called Strabismus or misaligned eyes. My eyes were later to align perfectly as I got older.

When I became older to comprehend wholly, my parents told me how much I got so sick.

According to my mother, I was so sick that even the doctors could not detect what was wrong with me. I was taken to several hospitals, several tests, no result. It was this sickness that caused the strabismus then.

My mother went further to tell me that at a point after trying several hospitals with no headway, they got tired of carrying me around, tiredness of not knowing what next to do.

She said they’ll just lay me on the bed the whole day, I won’t move and the only way they’ll know that I’m still alive is that they’ll call my name, ‘Chukwuemeka’, and I’ll answer ‘huh’.

The ‘huh’ sound from me was the confirmation they needed to have that I was still alive. I was meant to understand that this was my condition for a long time.

It is important to note that this was not as a result of lack of nutrition because I was rightly told by my parents and an Aunt who babysat me, that of all my siblings, I consumed the most quality and quantity of pricey baby foods as a way to hopefully get me out of that situation.

But as God would have it, and after a long time spanning to months and few years, I began to snap out of that condition with no medication or special attention, and here am I today, a full grown man with complete functionalities. To God be the Glory.

Till this day, even as I write this, my mother and father (of blessed memory), cannot explain all that transpired – the cause, the state and the rejuvenation.

All I have myself are stories related to me; stories enough for me to acknowledge that I was preserved by God, and I still am.
But yesterday, the answer to that mystery seems to have arrived.

Apparently, I have never prayed to God to demand an answer on what happened during that period but he was benevolent enough to reveal it for my use, and also for you reading this. It could be the only reason why I am writing this.

Yesterday, my wife called a man of God she has known even before I met her.

This means I only got to know this man after I knew my wife, and I had not related this story to either of them.

I noticed she was on the phone which is normal for anyone with a mobile phone.

When she dropped the call, she came to me to say that in the course of their conversation, the man of God mentioned that when I was a child, I was so sick that everyone thought I was going to die, that she should confirm this from me.

The man said but for GOD’S MERCY, I would have died as a child and there was nothing anyone could have done to get me out of it. It feels surreal as I write this. All I can say is thank God for preserving me.

Well I confirmed to my wife that it was true.

But why was I that sick?

I didn’t know that till yesterday. And for someone like me who believes in the deep spirituality and mystery of life, I had never thought about it.

The man told my wife that when I was born, I was perfectly fine until someone came for new baby salutation.

In the part of Africa where I come from, when a woman gives birth, friends, family, neighbors and well wishers visit to congratulate the woman and husband on the arrival of the baby. Some bring gifts if they choose.

This particular person may have brought gift but he or she had a different agenda. This person touched me and cast a sick spell on me: a spell that was intended to kill me as a baby. Yes, that was why this person visited.

The world is deep, deeper than you’ll ever realize. The man of God mentioned a specific reason why this person wanted me dead as an innocent child but I will not say it because it is not for the purpose of this write up.

But like every other evil, this reason is borne out of jealousy, envy, greed and sheer wickedness.

I have a good heart, my parents have a good heart. You have a good and so do your parents but can you say that about your neighbor, friends, family, relatives or well wishers? No you can’t, unless proven.

The best form of protection you can give to your children is spiritual protection – through prayers, intercessions, sacrifices and sound admonition.

Due to the knit and communal culture of family in Africa, it may look weird to shut out your children from family.

But they must be protected from both within the family and outside the family.

Again, don’t just let anyone touch your child, especially when they are still babies. Even medical doctors advise against it.

Pray for your kids before they step out of the house and before you receive visitors – whether family or not.

This is not going about suspecting everyone and living in fear, it is about you being a parent, a protector.

Ask God to build a hedge of protection over them, He will. A lot of kids and young people are behaving strangely not because of bad training or as a result of their parents’ sins but because of an evil spell cast upon them by misguided people, either by touch or by word of mouth.

It’s a wicked world; a world where a lot goes on spiritually than it goes physically.

It is a world where every physical event is a manifestation of a concluded spiritual event. Let your children know this.

A lot of people die mysteriously, these include kids, the young and the old. But God saved me out of pure mercy and love. I mean, I was just a harmless baby. I knew next to nothing, I had hurt no one but someone wanted me dead.

You don’t need to hurt anyone before they’ll want you dead. Know this and be wise.

Summarily, I want to thank God for saving me, for preserving me and for this, I’ll remain eternally grateful.

Protect yourself and your children. Give more consideration to the spiritual aspect of this protection because you won’t always be there with your kids.

Execute the physical aspect of it as much as you are capable and leave the rest for God.

As for this person who wanted me dead as a baby, I don’t even know you and the man of God said you are dead.

If you were alive, I would have visited you to know exactly what was going through your mind. May God judge you according to your deeds.
Those who want us dead for no justifiable reason will see us shine and still die before us. Amen

Emeka Stanley

The book of Genesis tells us darkness was, ever before light and when light was introduced, the darkness was not even banished to never show up on earth ever again, only boundaries were the darkness given. So while they cannot of themselves operate, they seek humans to perpetrate and perpetuate their nefarious activities. This is why we see all the evil in the world today. No matter the name of the person we attribute the evil to, there are evil spirits behind such men. @Op - this could explain why, even if you had the chance to meet and ask the person, why, they would have no sane reason for the spell - why, cause they were possessed or demonized at the time.
From the time of Cain, till now and even generations after, wicked and evil amongst men can only be checked when men consciously become aware of these evil spirits and refuse through the Power of the Holy Spirit to do their bidding. No matter how much science tries to deny and technology continues to try to cover the presence of evil and darkness in the world, it is going nowhere.
@Op, thank you for sharing this, the world needs to hear more of this. Men ought to pray and watch in order to not be deceived everyday, everywhere, by anyone and any how.
God in Your Mercy keep Your people. Amen

1. The Fear of doing anything The Lord God will not back me up in and on.

2. Realizing the universal truth that every woman has a vagina, boobs, buttocks (meaning anyone can shook you and vice-versa)

3. Knowing that if there is too much on the outside appearance, there is most likely, nothing inside or deep to offer down the line

4. Love and devotion to the offspring borne out of respect for the Significant other that bore them.

5. The Fear of calling the significant other's name in conversations, engagements or even intercourse with the potential interloper.

6. The woman at home you know, you have built something significant with, the new one, who knows what baggage (everyone has issues fr) she dey bring? It's like building a house to roofing stage and abandon it to go start digging foundation elsewhere.

7. The streets are bloody: from narratives garnered from folks still playing away - gold diggers, fetish women, spiritually evil persons who lure fatally with hips, lips and fingertips, life-wreckers, destiny disrupters, posterity wasters etc...are everywhere...better one woman than all these - Real, pure and till death do us part Love no dey the streets - it is extremely rare

8. Memories of being born and living in a polygamous home.

9. Awareness, support networks Committed to doing one's best within one's lil corner of life and the world, to not contribute or be a part of the unfaithful malaise growing in the world.

The ways to abstain and remain faithful are many.It is possible, especially if we remember anyone can fall and so like the crab, we keep our eyes open despite how big (pride, knowledge we have) our head gets.

I read the headline: "Peter Obi Booked Jet For A 95-Year-Old Man Who Missed His Flight (Video)" and prayed "let this be different". On opening, it was nothing new - same Obi to an Igbo man, his kinsman, a citizen of Biafra... same ol, same ol... The only folks he ever seems to do anything 'positive' for are the IGBOS, not the Nation or non-Igbos. This is who he is, has been and will forever be. Perhaps the only difference Obi brings is the fact, that his chest-beating is covert and not mouth wide like his brothers. Let him continue, perhaps, eventually his Kinsmen, will grow the balls to go make him the President of Biafra rather than want to sell him to non-Igbos for President of Nigeria.
And this is why President-Elect and indeed, every Governor in the other non-Igbo states should implement policies (drastic yet needful) that 'encourage' IGBOS to go practice their "Biafran nationalism" back where they come from. After all when they die, they bury them not in Lagos or anywhere else but "Home" (The East).

Please do not let it happen. A precedent has been set, let it remain that way. Not out of revenge over what she did, but for the sake of "your" family, "your home", your children...marriage especially nowadays, is continuous work on you, on your wife, both of you together. When a 3rd party is involved, you both now have a 3rd contributor, to your affairs and that is what the devil preys on (remember Eve). You can support but not under your roof, do not let the older siblings come and dump her at your place, it will give them reasons to come to your house anyhow under the guise "we come see Mama" which will never be only about Mama, add on jealous innuendos with unnecessary and unavoidable snooping around and spreading your business all over.
Support the elder siblings through your wife: buy provisions, pay some Bill's, get a nurse, arrange pocket money, visit often...anything but not under your roof. #IHaveBeenThere

Nigerians are very easy to amuse and please and the politicians know exactly what button to press.
People have gotten so used to the countries problems, they now accept them as normal.
Not one of the Governorship candidates in any State including Lagos, made any effort to say how they will make pipe borne water for all homes a reality. Imagine in the year 2023, people still digging borehole and buy water from Mallams. Let's not even discuss those in the rural areas going to fetch water at the river. Over 2000 years after a city like Rome had pipe borne water to its homes.
Not one of the Presidential candidates explained how they will eradicate bandits and kidnappers and defeat Boko Haram.

Now see a Governor and Minister ( different parties) dancing when it's not Friday or a party at an event where millions have been wasted just to rent the tent, print pamphlet, and buy snacks for the guests; and the citizens are shining their 32 saying " that's my Governor, I love my Governor, he always makes me happy" Is he a jester? Is that what he was elected and is being paid billions to do?

Today, the first anniversary of the terrorist attack on the train in Abuja, with no one arrested or charged despite the many killed. Same Minister under whose watch, prison after prison was broken into across the country, and prisoners escaped.

Weeks after the election, the Elect is already resting abroad. Not one summit or strategic meeting on solving the glaring problems. Even the simple one of people paying N500 to send N5000.

Even the Opposition is confused. N25 Million to get ordinary nomination form for Governor , not campaign funds o; and you think the next
Governor wont steal? Or maybe they are not confused; its normal normal.

May the good Lord bless the insightful eyes with which you see beyond their cunningly crafty displays. Only those who have learned to look beyond the court jesters (Messrs Tinubu, Obi, Atiku, SanwoOlu, GRV, Aregbe, Jackson etc) to what is being tried to conceal can comment like this.

1. Perhaps, he is really not a Southwesterner (look at the contours of his head)
2. He has Biafran Genes somewhere, maybe his mum was Igbo.
3. He will never perpetrate acts that contravene that of his hosts
4. He has the backing (Omoluabis take note) of some Igbo sponsors who he is fronting for and supporting against their own kinsmen.
5. He will never, despite his achievements there, say he "developed" Education in his host State.
4. He is minding his own business, not craftily trying to infiltrate the state or his business with his kinsmen to attain political power.
5. He stays where they will allow him (remember Goshen (Gen 46:34: "...for every shepherd is an abomination to Egyptians"wink... and so on...

Not only that, you were not arrogant, you engaged the people, you did not insult your competitors like they did etc please sir, do not let this end now that you have won. Engage your team to continue this legacy of healthy PR and positive image of your work and actions. We are behind you not only in mouth but in prayers and constructive criticisms to move Eko, Omoluabis and indeed Nigeria forward.

Secondly, and very importantly, let every descendant of Oduduwa going forward refuse to be called and reject the term "Yoruba". It is not our language, it is not who we are, it is a derogatory term and what you are called, you if not you, your children will manifest. Our acceptance of the term "Yoruba" is raising a lot of illegitimate behaviour and children amongst us. This we see evidenced in the behaviours of misguided 'Yoruba' (sic) youths like Falz, Debo Macaroni who would rather sell their heritage to Igbos rather than demand a dialogue with their fellow Omoluabi Elder statesmen on grievances they hold. I mean if they are unhappy with their fathers, should they then go and scheme with the "strange" neighbors to fight their father? If you trace your descent to the West and you supported LP, Peter Obi, or GRV or any non Westerner, you need your fears and questions answered by your kinsmen and not 'strangers'. Biafrans will never choose foreigners before their own...it will never happen.

Rather than be called anything else, let us remember we are Omoluabis, spurned from noble character. What we do, good or bad, we do well: courage, hard work, family, independent-interdependence, love and acceptance of others, industrialists, eruditely sagacious, cooperative, proud of our achievements yet humble, integrity, honest, noble, activists for justice, fairness and equity and so many more virtues. It is time we stand as ONE, irrespective of Ijebu, Ijesha, Awori, Egba, Oyo, Ibadan, Ekiti, Omo Baba kanna ni wa. The cracks in our walls that have allowed lizards come in and breed anyhow in our midst need to be closed up. Even if we cross or rub each other the wrong way (even tongue and teeth clash too) let us learn from the body that no matter how painful the teeth bites the tongue, when food comes, they still work together. If you are aggrieved at how Tinubu is imposing people on Lagos, shutting other Omoluabis who can do better from opportunity, call it out on social media, do all you can to protest but please do it respectfully, do not destroy property or loot, do not allow impostors, people with sinister motives infiltrate your cause (remember EndSars), in time your grievance will be addressed. (Remember David although anointed King had to learn how by being on the run).

Thirdly and perhaps critically, there is a time for everything. It is time for changes, drastic ones due to the drastic times we are in. Going forward no land or material resource must be sold to Biafrans in the Southwest (mark the word "Sold"wink. Rather let it be leased or rented to them. This is not only to Governor SanwoOlu alone, but to all Omoluabis in the southwest of Nigeria. In the 50s/60s&70s, Our fathers out of the goodness of their hearts accommodated them, allowing them settle amongst us freely, allowing them access to land, even inter-marriages. However, now, it is either their fathers did not tell them of how the Omoluabi patriarchs were benevolent to them or it was their plan all along to infiltrate and run the children of their benefactors out of the Land. Omoluabis do not sell your heritage to Biafrans, they have places of origin, where they are indigenous to, let us encourage them to go develop their own. Let us show them that they need not be President or Governor of another people's land rather they can go develop their own. Let us encourage them in their quest for Biafra. It will be good for us all.

Lastly, Nigeria is not One, the peoples are as distinct as night and day. This can no longer be denied. It is time for it to be managed. Let the Biafrans be who they are and aspire to be where they belong, that is their lands in the East. The same goes for Omoluabis, Hausas, Fulanis etc on. If they must cohabit, let there be terms and conditions, boundaries, mutual respect and rule of law.

Long live the Omoluabis of SouthWest Nigeria and in the diaspora!
Long live the Peoples of Nigeria worldwide.
Long live the Republic of Nigeria!!!
