Go to Paystack and request for charge back with your transaction receipt. The problem with loan apps is that they don't bloody care and won't even bother to help solve such problems despite overwhelming evidence that you indeed made the payment.

The information I got from a reliable source about their mode of expression shows that there are different (recovery) levels of interacting with clients and it is based on the duration of default.

Their first approach towards recovery is usually in a very polite manner. However people deceives them, posts them or even shun them.

It is at that point that their case get transferred to the aggressive collectors who uses mild force to try to get defaulters to pay (this is usually after about two weeks).
