If you say it can't be. a clear example oando graduate trainee test at chams earlier this year was fixed for 50%, how about that?

usually...cut-offs are determined by over all performance...in a test like dis where lots of peeps are getting 100%...??i seriously doubt if d cut-_off would be 70%...cant tell tho..

I disagree with that. a stipulated cut off is most times fixed prior to general performance bearing in mind that alot of criteria stil ly ahead for screening such as class of degree, age, diacipline, and others..........so the fact that alot of people had high marks doesn't mean that the stipulated cut off will be changed

just got a first hand info from one of the sraffs in HARPS via LinkedIn. cut off is normally 70%..........

If i remember well though, i don't think we submitted resume for this job listing.
The essay was the selection determinant for test.
I don't think the company will leave its selection for a computer to generate, we will eventually get to the "tender your qualification" phase.
So logically, there will be a cut off mark and a direct or indirect interview, it might only be a fast process.
This is just basic instinct, no concrete source.

I sincerely disagree. in terms of salary being paid. Geoscience courses shld top the list. A full staff Geologist (Msc holder) in ExxonMobil earns 1.5million per month. #Fact from a first hand source........I don't think any hospital in Nigeria can afford that for a consultant sef....

I guess it will be resolved if the Comptroller General gives cogent feedback on the 1,000naira application fee for the last NIS recruitment exercise and also on how the new intake will be paid
