Round them up, throw the overly wayward ones out by expulsion, discipline the others with a future, thoroughly. Then call a pivotal Parents Teachers meeting and lay out the way forward with the active participation of the parents.

Cultism do reflect in secondary schools but in this contest is technical school. This school in question should be a science and technical school, if am right. Most of science and technical school are mixture of technical and pure science secondary school in the same compound, they share same facilities except hostels. Technical school do comprises of adult , I mean 20yrs and above. So if we argue the fact that this issue is cause by technical college cult group, is not far from he truth.
