virtually no difference in terms of performance. According to passmark the 7400m is 3% faster than the 6470m. I would advise you get an hp elitebook 8570p though. It has a core i5 3rd gen processor with an hd 7570m or an intel hd 4000 depending on the variant you pick.
According to passmark the intel hd 4000 is 80% faster than than the 6470m, while the 7570m is almost 200% faster than the 6470m.
The processor in 8460p is also a second gen core i5 compared to the third gen core i5 in 8570p.

According to notebookcheck you have an hd 6470m gpu. This is an entry level gpu which is not as good as you might think in running games. It supports direct x 11, opengl 4.1 and shader model 5. Even intel hd4000 in 3rd gen core i3 and i5 processors would run games better. As a matter of fact your deactivated intel hd 3000 is 12% faster than the hd 6470m.

baba I have come again, please when I downloaded virtual tennis from emuparadise and extracted it, I couldn't play it even tho I put it in the 'DVD' folder or could the reason be because the game is in .bin format ?

Guess i replied 4 months late. What you have to do is to convert the game to iso using numerous tools online.

Untill recently most ps3s werr hacked by openimg them up and flashing the nor chip. When thy are opened, the processor is seperated from the heat sink, theres no one in nigeria that can put it back the way machines assembled it, closest to that level of hardware repair i know is olumide in alaba/orile, hence the statement that hacked games are liable to die young

I agree with you bro, most repairers don't know how much thermal paste is too much or too little. They usually do a slipshod job with hacking the consoles and as a result the consoles rarely last long. With software hacks however that has changed.

Try changing the hdd before installing games on the console. The hdd might be failing.
