Vetasses positive Assessment - Feb 2017

Attempted 3 IELTS, 1 Toefl, 3 PTE in Australia - April to Dec 2017. I could not get band 7 in all these, got very fustrated and travelled to dubai in Jan 2018 to write PTE, paid for two tests and was finally able to get band 8. Bear in mind, this was my major delay.

Nsw invitation and Approval - March 2018

190 visa application- 05/04/2018
190 visa grant for me, spouse n 2 kids- 02/08/2018.

Hmmmmm, this journey has not been easy at all (understatement) it had consumed a lot of money and peace because we are onshore. It has been God all though. I pray for the same blessing that i and my family have received today to spread across to everyone expecting same.

Make hay while the sun shines.
congrats more success story in this forum in Jesus name

Okay. How did you arrive at 15 point for Experience. Hope you have also deducted the compulsory 1 year VETASESS removes from total years of experience (that's even assuming they really like you grin).
Yeah a positive assessment from VETASESS is key to the whole process. Try packaging your application with a well detailed job description of an Agricultural consultant. Tips can be gotten from the Anszco code description.
Also attach as much evidence as possible from your employers.

In this case, you are submitting for 2 employers right? Employment letter, Confirmation, Reference letter etc. should be on company letter head please. As Bellong advised, submitting the company's registration & other evidence that it truly exist helps to ascertain the believability of the company since there is no website and also ensure your referees are well prepared to vouch for you in-case of verification.

Do you at least have a payslip/pension document you can submit or even a bank statement that shows inflow from these companies? It helps if some of the documents provided are externally generated e.g. bank statement, pension/tax documents.

If not, still try generating payslips and getting the right stamps/signatures for it.

Hope this helps.
@teewhysafe you r counsel is indeed profound, I have being reading too documentation and presentation is very key

I don't have NYSC payslip hope a bank statement will suffice? the pension thing will be tight cos my 1st job, one: salary poor die, and they gave me by hand and the next thing na mouth e no even reach pocket not to talk of pension, na owe them owe me for like 7 month na em a run com elope with this one, anyways im allegic to negative thinking, im gathering all document i can lay my hands on, when im done i will contact you then we can look at what i have. thank you so much. really grateful

Grant for me, hubby, lil sister, 3 yr old son and infant landed by 12:10am….I was going through my mail when it dropped. It was unbelievable.

Here is my timeline.

ACS assessment: May 2017, CO contacted me to change my Occupation to ICT support engineer. I checked to see if any state was sponsoring it, but there was no state. I noticed that it has the same JD with ICT systems engineer, and SA was sponsoring it then on 190. I sent the CO a
mail saying that I would rather go for systems engr instead of support engr.

May 23rd : Positive Assessment

May 25th: Completed and submitted EOI to NSW

April 04: PTE 1 (W: 79, R;76, S:73, L:73

June 08: PTE 2 (Was trying to get 20 in English cos I needed 70 points for SA nomination)

June 18: PTE 3 (Scored W: 82 S: 80, R: 80, L; 76) I booked another test for the 23rd of June.

June 22nd: NSW stream 2 invitation

June 28th: NSW approval and ITA

June 30th: Application submitted and uploaded all documents

@Olvic,

If the land is leased, the lease agreement. Anything to proof the farm exists in the location. Mapping on Google map.. just think of whatever you can use.

To support your verifiable employment, you will need to add your payslip or bank statement or both, tax certificate, pension fund documents, Letter of employment and employment reference letter.

The years of experience to be approved is left for the assessing body to determine.

You have a good chance provided you can package your application to meet Anzsco description of the occupation you are nominating.

Go to the part one of this thread, look for those who got positive assessment from the occupation, they are quite a few, contact them and take it from there.
ok im so grateful for your prompt response, I shall do that and share my good news. once again thank you

Having a website increases its "believability and verifiability" but it doesn't mean not having will cause an issue.
Your concern should be if it is appropriately registered with the CAC and if there are other verifiable means for the farm.

When you get to invitation stage, add every documents that can proof its authenticity to your application.

ok, thanks so much, the farm is registered with the CAC, but which other document would they require then as im not the owner just an employee

to maximize the the 15 points from VETASSESS ON AGRICULTURAL CONSULTANT
i have B.A Agricultural Extension & Rural Development
(Second Class Lower Division) from UI 2008 5 years course
2008 to 2009 NYSC

2009-2016 worked in a farm with just business name registration with CAC( no website)
2016till date another farm though bigger registered as a farm with CAC (no website too)
pls what are my chances im shotting for the maximum point. @ bellong. thanks
