It’s not easy to invite top officials of foreign embassies and high commissions to your state…and they honour your invitation! They must have a lot of respect for the Governor! It’s for moments like this that i’m thankful the airport was built!

They are going about it the wrong way to show how once again he got his appoimtment at ASWAMA wrong. Appointing big contractors is the wrong way to go about it other than evacuating waste from markets. The state government needs to establish depots, incinerators and landfills around cities and then buy waste by volume. Entrepreneurs will bring the waste to them. At the same time they need to charge every single commercial entity waste fees - market stalls, shops, restaurants, hotels, multi tenant buildings.

Murphy, I have warned you to stop making it look like igbos are courting ebonyi state. If there's any group igbos are earnestly interested in discarding, it is ebonyi state.
