Abagworo: That's what the Jonathan administration has done in Rivers State. Total neglect of federal parastatals and roads. Work only started recently on East-West Road while the Rivers end of Aba-PH express way is totally damaged. A journey from Eleme junction to Obigbo now takes 2 hours. So GEJ is now the cause of the age long neglect of NNPC? Nwokem think before you say anything. I didn't create this thread to blame FG, but the relevant authorities responsible for maintenance and running of the facility. Am sure funds are usually set aside for the running of the facility, but they chose to siphon it than use it for its purpose. 2 Likes |

I left NNPC so disheartened and in sober mood. Feeling pity for Nigeria. If a whole NNPC could be like this how much other less important government institutions. I am weeping. |

I was in NNPC, PH today to get my DPR Permit but to my utter disgust the decay and rot I saw there today can only depict the level of decadence in our public institutions. With all the money being made through NNPC nothing is reserved to maintain the facility being used as their regional office in Port Harcourt where the bulk of the money is being made The entire premises was littered with broken down infrastructure that is begging on its kneels. The toilet facilities are in total mess. As at the time I got there there was no light in the building. I asked one of the security men who confided in me that they can go for two, three days without light at times due to generator break down. The NNPC in Abuja was built to a world class standard, why then is Port Harcourt in total disrepair? I will like this thread to hit the front page so that people in Abuja will do something immediately about this mess. |

What is this one yapping? Just because your yorobar party lost woefully. Lemme tell u Obi like every other nigerians investors in lagos long before the capital moved to Abuja. They never invested in the yorobar land but lagos as a capital just like Igbos and Anambrans are buying up Abuja. The last we checked lagos is not yorobar land but FG enclave and equally a no man's land. Am yet to see any igboman that invested in those rural areas like ibadan, abeokuta, oshogbo etc. Obi's Regional headqtrs of Next Int'l is located at Modebe avenue Onitsha. So don't be fooled no igbo man will drop a pin in core yorobarland as an investment but lagos for reasons of being FG enclave. Obiano is core Igboman that schooled in CKC- Onitsha and equally grew u in Onitsha. He has mansions in Aguleri and Awka and also have their family house in Onitsha where his parents lives. Obiano is our gov. Take your extremists yorobar party elsewhere payless: Hatred for others make some people shoot themselves in the foot sometimes. You cannot have hatred for certain people and expect them to support your political aspiration. There is always time to move on from the past but Ekwueme and others like him have refused to move on. If you cannot forget about yesterday animosity, you cannot have friends. When a particular major etnich group hates other two major ethnic groups the way most Igbos do, then I have to say there won't be an Igbo president in my life time. There are great Igbos that I know but the actions of certain Igbos will affect other great Igbos who wish Nigeria well. There is a particular governor in the east whose sole aim is to sow seeds of discord with other etnic groups. All he says is Yoruba party, Hausa party and blah blah blah....... . Meanwhile, this particular governor and others like him have all of their businesses and investments in Yoruba land and Hausa land. As a matter of facts, his children don't attend school in Igbo land. This particular governor could not find a single Igbo man in Anambra to succeed him, he went to bring an Igbo man who has no single house of his in the entire Anambra State. A man who hardly set his feet in Anambra in the last 25 years. |

kaze4blues: Was it not the same crap dbad can to UK to show last time that the hall was empty? Face the fact dband is a flop. There is no way u can place him side by side with the giant Psquare. Any Psquare show in UK is alwys packed out. Dband is a huge joke and a wack when u compare him to Psquare. Psquare is the father of modern African music. Dband can strugle for position with flavor, wande coal, 9ice, davido etc. |

safarigirl: we should compare him to old artistes? Like P-square that started a year before him and have waxed stronger? The 'Don't Tell Me Nonsense' has garnered just over 200 thousand views on youtube since it's release, meanwhile 'Personally' that came out same day has over 5 million views, even Wande Coal's 'The Kick' that was released weeks after has over 400 thousand views. D'banj na wash abeg, a review can NEVER translate to anything substantial, wack music is WACK music. Shikena! Thank you nwann. Dband is a wack |

kaze4blues: Dband is a boy when it comes to music industry in Nigeria. He has been dominating space and not the music industry. Dband is rated alongside junior singers as flavor, davido, 9ice, wande coal. There is one world class singer in Nigeria and Africa and that is only Psquare. Psquare is the only reason Africa and the world is talking about Nigeria musically. |

Dband has always been a huge flop. There is no song of his that makes any sense. He is actually forcing himself to be a singer of which he is not one. He should try another line of trade because he is gradually going broke due his musical incoherency. |
