I guess so.

Lol. Atleast everyone is given a chance to see what they can do in the test. Fair enough. The test and other things(NIGERIA) will be the deciding factors. Don't you think so?
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: The Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission ("NERC") Is Recruiting. by onyiokoye: 9:55am On Sep 16, 2022
I don't know if that is really nice though. It makes it look like a joke.
monerozi5590:
Is like everyone that applied got the test invite. Nice one i must say.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: The Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission ("NERC") Is Recruiting. by onyiokoye: 9:34am On Sep 16, 2022
I think a lot of people are getting the invite to take the aptitude test. I don't know if I should be happy or sad. Because I don't know why they would shortlist 14,000 people for just 70 vacancies if that's truly the number of vacancies.

I don't think the CGPA should be a criterion for disqualification, let look at it from the point of view of course of study, those whose status changed to review in progress, did they study any of the courses stated during advert cos I believe many of us just enter the race without meeting up with that requirement ....

I think it will eventually change to ‘review in progress’ for everyone.

Why I said so is because Last my She'll application was shown "review in progress"

I got a rejection after some days while others moved to the next stage

But did you do the On Demand Video Interview (ODVI) before getting a rejection?

This is not true, many companies requires CGPA to select the best and qualify candidates, the option you are talking about was meant for US,UK students to provide their transcript. So saying providing the CGPA wasn't necessary is false

If you didn’t see it, just say so. Go through the thread. Only those based in US and Canada were to provide their CGPA, the others were to put NA. And only US students were told to provide transcript.

I tire o. Make my 4.04 CGPA waste too. It wasn't stated there that only US students should input their CGPA, coz there's no way I would have missed it if it was stated. What's ur dashboard showing? "assessment in progress" or "review in progress"?

I believe that is because the recruitment has closed. I might be wrong though.

It was clearly written there not to put your CGPA if you’re not based in US or Canada.

Maybe it’s because the application deadline has passed.

It was clearly stated, not to include CGPA if you're not applying from US, Canada or UK.
The document upload was stated thus, "Resume/CV/Transcript. The forward slash (/) means "or".. so, since we're applying from Nigeria, we're supposed to choose the upload that concerned us, which was Resume or CV. And if you uploaded more than one document, it is possible you kept overwriting the previous document u uploaded with the recent one you tried uploading.
Make we try dey read instructions and guide.. no dey rush.
God help us all to be successful.

It was only US and Canada. UK was not included. And you could actually upload more than one document without it overwriting any document.

It was actually stated. Mine is showing ‘review in progress’

You are speculating.
If you have your transcript, you should know your CGPA sir. A good student should be able to know this even without having his transcript.

I have my transcript and there’s no CGPA there because I schooled in the UK. Schools in UK don’t do CGPA. And I’m not speculating because it was clearly written there that only those based in US or Canada should put their CGPA, the rest should put NA.

I hope some of you didn't make the mistake of writing your CGPA? Only those who schooled in the US or Canada were supposed to write their CGPA. The rest were to write 'NA' in that box.

Some people are saying that they uploaded their degree certificates. I didn't see where to upload mine then. Does this disqualify me? I just uploaded only my CV.

It was in the same place you uploaded your CV that you could have uploaded other documents as well but your CV is enough. And if you uploaded other documents alongside your CV, that's fine as well. If you schooled in the US, you were supposed to upload your Transcript too.

It is greyed out because the application has closed, usually before now, you could click there and you will be redirected to the job description and details and you even send it as a link for others to apply. That feature is out because application closed on the 21st.

Okay

Is the 'review in progress' or 'assessment in progress' on your dashboard greyed out? Or is it still showing blue.
