He further said that the economical range of apartments at Signature Global comes from as low as Rs 25 lakh-Rs 30 lakh, and the units in middle-income housing start from Rs 1 crore.
According to data shared by Signature Global, the company would deliver a total of 28 projects by 2026, out of which 23 are housing and five commercial and retail. As far as housing projects go, eight of them fall under the mid-income category in Gurugram, six are mid-income projects in Sohna, and nine in the affordable segment.
The overall development area in Gurugram and Sohna is 218.5 acres; capital outlay for such initiatives may be pegged at Rs 7,500 crore to Rs 8,000 crore.
Apart from that, it has planned to launch new projects covering 10 million sqft of saleable area, which would contribute a revenue of Rs 10,000 to 12,000 crore in the next fiscal. Aggarwal informed that the company has a land bank of around 31 million sqft and it would launch close to 10 million sqft in the next fiscal year.
