Politics / Buhari; A Once In A Life Enigma by owotonbinu(m): 10:51pm On May 21, 2016 |
Many times I go through social media page, I can't help to wonder why this man Muhammadu Buhari is loved with passion by many, and hated with the same passion by few, the hate speeches against this man by a section of the country and the passion by which his supporters rise up to his defence amazes me. Never in our life time as a nation have we had a charismatic leader like President Muhammadu Buhari. A man whom even his so called hater would want to listen to any time he talks. The truth is buhari has paid his dues, for his haters, his only crime was defeating their hero( common that's a democratic right) the recent failed NLC strike is a testament to the belief and love majority of the masses have for Buhari despite the present harsh economic condition in the country. Buhari is a once in a life time leader, it is our prayer this leader steers the ship called Nigeria into its rightful and glorious path. God bless buhari, God bless Nigeria 2 Likes 2 Shares |

Politics / What Was Jonathan's/pdp Economic Policy by owotonbinu(m): 1:56am On Apr 16, 2016 |
Often times we hear opposition come out to complain about buhari's lack of economic policy direction, I keep wondering if there were any visible economic policy set up by previous governments especially jonathan's administratiom. One thing is certain no serious government just comes and starts rolling out policies without studying what is on ground, besides most times I don't get carried away by all this internet users cum professional economist, Nigerians know solutions to all problems when they are on the sidelines but put them there they fail woefully, one fact is nigerian economy cannot be solved by mere textbook solutions due to poor statistics and poor/no data records. The present government is gradually taking on the economy issues and I believe with time results would begin to show just like in the area of insurgency. Now my question is what economic policy direction did the jonathan administration geared towards. Sorry for any typographical error, used my phone. Politics / Re: Naija by owotonbinu(m): 1:55pm On Oct 17, 2015 |
My honest opinion the pdp made way too early moves in this zoning of a thing, for many it has already showed them as been desperate for power, secondly the northerners seem to be more comfortable in this apc government than they were with the pdp especially judging by the appointments made by the president shows the core leadership of this government are in the hands of the north, what makes you think they would want to go back to pdp which has been tagged a southern/eastern party. Secondly politics is like chess and thd pdp has shown once again to be playing its cards way too early, that pmb would not contest is a probability, incase he doesnt there are many northerners to choose from who would rather bank on pmb's popularity in the north than risk a pdp ticket with no guarantee...barcanista you might seem to be a good writer but you are politically naive, buhari was a perfect candidate for apc because he already had a strong structure in his base which neither ribadu, atiku or saraki has, and politics is about structures not online rantings, anyother candidate apart from pmb wldnt have delivered for the apc even it had all the money in the world. What i thought the pdp would be doing is to try to gain back the trust of its supporters and nigerians as a whole in order to gain back its footings by admonishing its elected officials especially the governors to deliver on their campain promises, this was how the ACN rose to prominence through fashola. For now the apc seems to be better in strategising than pdp. 2019 is too far to make early projections, if the pdp would still be relevant till. 2 Likes |
Politics / Re: You Are Better Off In Benin Republic, Buhari Tells Nigerians Living There by owotonbinu(m): 12:44am On Aug 03, 2015 |
Well, undiplomatic you might say.. but the man was been honest(blunt as an ex military man), i could remember during obasanjo's tenure, some folks came back from the u.s due to the false hopes the obasanjo's govt gave coupled with nigeria's return to democracy, after some years they became stranded. You may not like buhari and nobody forces you to..bt truth is you can't take from him his sincerity..you want him to lie? Even those outside the country wont take the risk of coming back home nw. |
Politics / Re: Arise O' PDP, The Future Is Bright by owotonbinu(m): 11:31am On Apr 04, 2015 |
I think barcanista and his fellow pdp friends are bad loosers.. pdp had a shot at power for 16years.nigerians endured them yet they squandered thier chance.. most of us supported jonathan 2011 even with his poor achievements both as governor and acting president..we gave him a chance ..we didn't pray for his failure..but he did and we made a statement by voting him out which is our constitutional right..last time i checked returning to office was not his birthright.what i ses here is most of praying for the failure of GMB and crew..forgetting that his failure wld b Nigeria's failure too. Give the new party a chance before bringing your prophecy of doom..and as for pdp coming back in 2019.. you are only been delusional..it has no charismatic leader that can revive it..the only thing it had going all this while was d central power which it has lost to the apc.. barcanista and co u can go and take over the leadership of pdp..but i tell u pdp is defeated and would never be the same.. 4 Likes 1 Share |

this contention between the two of you(frosbel and oladeegbu) leads to a dead end. I think you both should face the task that God has called you to do. work out your salvation. And hope you make heaven at last. |
Religion / Re: Deeper Life Bible Church Chatbox by owotonbinu(m): 11:33pm On Dec 05, 2013 |
Mr. frosbel, for how long will u contend and strive with churches, u claim to have been a member of deeper life in the past, i'm sure you are conversant with the doctrine of the church and you know there stance on holiness, they might have their own faults, but you should give them credit for standing on bible standard to the best of their ability, if you have been hurt by the church or its members, i'll advise you to bury the hatchet, and move on, ain't u also guilty of what you are accusing them of? u seem to see yourself as been doing Gods will..you are in no way qualified to condemn anybody, run your own race and leave matters to Christ who would judge all things,on the final day u wont be commended for your condemnations, rather you would be commended for expanding the kingdom of God. Spend some time in prayer and intercede for the body of Christ, don't forget God is looking for men to stand in the gap for his church. I don't think this strive is what Christ requires of us. Arguments for or against...the conclusion of the matter is fear God and do that which is right, service to your fellow man..and pray that after all is said and done..you end up in Gods kingdom. Jesus didn't come so that we might be debating on non essential matters, he came that we would be reconciled with our maker, save your energy and use it to the spread gospel. Shalom |

He also stated dat dis are d END TYMS and thrs a whole lot of deceiving..GOD BLESS DADDY KUMUYI. The media has a way of changing a story from its originality. 4 Likes |
