From what I ve learnt here, they said you can raise your legs, reduce salt intake.
Hope you have compression socks to wear on board for your journey? I don't have first hand experience.

My prince came on the 21 of September, the date scan gave me,weighing 3.5kg.Them tear me,thought I would escape it .The pains no be here o.We just got back home. I wish all my teamies swift and smooth delivery too. BS later later o,bc my jajaina is still very painful.

Glad to hear this. Congratulations. Sowie you hear. Do your sit bath religiously and in no time, you will forget everything about the tear.

Onegai my target is to use our pack of disposable diaper for 2months plus instead of one month or less cos it has about 84pcs inside. We are using it at night alone now and Sunday morning. Ayam a good student and fast learner

Thanks all for the likes and comments. As for potty training I noticed that my first 2 boys never ever used their potty cos I didn't introduce it on time, when I finally did,dey refused to even sit on it , ordinary piss dey didn't piss inside the potty for one day . Note that dey are not twins o, this happened for first and second child. I learnt my lesson.

For 3rd baby girl. I started putting her Der early o, I remember putting her Der even b4 she started sitting lol, not to poo dou, in my mind I want her to start getting used to it and know that the potty doesn't bite pple when dey sit on it.( My 1st boys will scream seriously when I want to put them Der as if the potty bites pples Bom
My dota did very well with using the potty, she picks up her potty, poo and call up someone to clean her bum. We later converted to kids toilet seater when the potty got bad. Now she's 2yrs plus, she poos in WC, clean her bum, flush the toilet, wash hand without any help, wears her short back if any. I bought her a small stool for climbing the WC and wash hand basin.

For baby Sophie, we started early too. I target her pooing time and put her in the potty.
Most times it's usually in the morning immediately after feeding before taking her bath. She may poo towards evening, I will be able to know if to put her in the potty or not depending on what she ate for the day. I also put her to poo after night feed. Apart from pooing, I also put her from time to time to piss.
After your cloth diaper tutorial Onegai and AlphaHandmaiden I decided to do disposable diaper for night sleep only and cloth diaper or pant only during the day. So it also helped to be serious with the potty training so we don't end up missing and having poo in our pant or cloth diaper. She's so used to sitting Der maybe cos she started sitting Der early. She can sit up to 30mins Der without making any noise, dats when you will see her folding her legs in that manner.

So I will advice you start putting her Der immediately, for me I believe the earlier the better. I may be wrong but that's just my opinion based on experience.

I collected my books today. All in all I will say the books are Ok and my kids love them. At least I heard the books weren't brand new so that made me prepare my mind. Some of the books actually do not have sign that shows it has been used while few had few writings and stickers on them, not a problem for me dou.

So kidco, try and improve on your shipping and handling cos I actually requested you pack my books separately just like every other person in my group but you packed everything together and Nita had to stress herself to sort them accordingly.
Thanks for the extra 1 book btw.

How will I know?? Besides you were growing tomatoes and not sharing in the times of Tomato Crisis, let's talk about that Carrot is the top of the carrot, the green part, to plant it. I think lettuce is the same. I grew spring onions from the roots of it.

If I had space to do a herb garden eh...Barag you use corn flour to thicken sauces.

I just started growing these plants of recent, the tomatoes haven't brought forth fruit yet.
I watched carrot planting on utube and they used seeds. Heard lettuce is seed too. I put one small spring onion with the bulb inside the soil like that . Is it the leafy part am supposed to put? Still learning.

Contem2011, I will look for the basil seed. But the one with stick I planted like that have started flowering thou most of them didn't survive.

As a garnish. Sprinkle it raw when you are done cooking. Someone even made a drink of watermelon, ginger, basil and small sprite and it was nice. It's safe to eat raw.
