I am a lover of this website and I must open this site monday through saturdays. I also appreciate the way and manner people give advice on the site.

There is a decision I want to make. I am about rooting a house( to let out) and I want to use aluminum roofing sheet but some people are of the opininon that 1. it generate heat when its sunny 2. The noise could be unbearable when its raining 3. The price won't really make sence when one want to let out the house later 4. the plus is that it is durable

With all of this, people still build there house with aluminium and its beautiful.

What do I do, do I go for alunimum or Nigerite product. How do I minimize cost and yet keep the standard.

Pls assist.
