chinkichun:
Most of the jobs being posted are either not related to the job fields one chose while setting up his/her profile or the job requirements are so unrealistic thus making it almost impossible for a fresh graduate with little or no experience to meet up with.
I think the companies recruiting should be a bit more realistic with their job requirement because I believe a greater percentage of PushCv elite employees have minimal
experience. This should be looked into in my opinion.
Also, I'm happy some persons have received the mail with "forwarded to recruiter" status; that's a sign of hope for the rest of us.
All the best everyone.

You just said exactly my mind, therefore I am so glad!!!

abujaniv:
Hello, Nairaland! Our last thread was lost due to the Nairaland data loss, so we're re-starting the Non-Immigrant Visa discussion.

We are U.S. Foreign Service Officers working in Abuja and Lagos. We'll be happy to answer as many of your Non-Immigrant Visa questions as possible. Please note that we do not comment on specific cases, we do not offer advice, and we will not answer abusive or insulting posts.

While we will attempt to explain U.S. immigration policies and provide overall visa application guidance, any opinions expressed are the personal views of the writer and do not necessarily reflect the views of the United States Government.

There is a separate Immigrant and Diversity Visa thread at https://www.nairaland.com/1792591/u.s-immigration-questions-ask-u.s., also handled by a U.S. Foreign Service Officers in Nigeria, so please use this thread only for questions about Non-Immigrant Visas.

We look forward to hearing from you!

Our best,
AbujaNIV

Good evening VO, I applied for a USA conference Visa which was approved this Last Thursday, but when I got home I realised my passport photography was returned to me but my Int. Passport was collected.

Does this mean that the passport photography isn't needed?

Thanks in advance for your response.

i think i applied around march and started getting calls and mails some few mnths back. The calls was for almost a month, 1 per week till it finally stops but promised to get back to me.

Exactly what position did you apply for and again why were they sending you messages and calling you often?

I flipped through its website and managed to get some informations, but not on my bulleted point. Am still awaiting their call.

Anything?

I really do not know anything about them? When did you apply? And have you been sent any message lately?

Thanks

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERNS!!
Applying for a particular visa does not really mean you should submit all the documents u've gotten in your life time. (Complicates Issues)
Please simply go straight to your point and most espctly make a clear purpose of your trip and what will bring you back home (Tie 2 ur Country). ll love 2 b of any future assitance. <Papilon>
