I got my redstar tracking number today and on tracking 1 of my packages, redstar tracking number: 068119 for my package to be delivered to me tomorrow (18th August 2015) But on tracking it.. I was shocked to see Arrived at Sort Facility ABA... Are you guys kidding me... I Stay In Surulere Lagos... Below is what i saw when i tracked in on their website

I would track again 1st thing tomorrow and see if its some mistake or so... If not... I would find this funny in anyway.. Would i stay using my credit to call redstar to have this rectified when you guys have my address and this isnt the 1st shipment i am running with you guys

I have a slight complain on the recent item lodged to my Warehouse, The chargable Dimension Weight was totally off.. I have sent an email to you guys to this effect, My UNIT NG49496. Kindly take out time from your busy schedule to ensure this is rectified ASAP, so i can make payment ASAP to meet Saturdays Shipment

Up till this moment, i'm yet to be updated. I resent the invoice, phoned their USA office, still
promised to look into it and that information had been passed to warehouse dept.
No doubt, i have missed the saturday shipping.

Service.. So Far So Good.. The Only Down Side with you guys, is this. Try To Upload ALL Packages Received At Your Dock into customers Warehouse Before 24hrs Max. It Would Help Ease the Mind of the Shopper when he/she knows the item he/she bought has been delivered to you guys safely
