Collateral/Support

The entrepreneur must be able to provide the following
• Debenture over the assets of the company or lien over the equipment (present and future) in the case of a cooperative society.

• Personal Guarantee of Sponsors/Promoters in case of companies.
• Two (2) external guarantors acceptable to BOI who must belong to any of the following categories:
• Senior Civil Servant (not below the rank of Assistant Director).

• Bankers (not below the level of Branch Manager), with minimum of 5 years in service with the Bank (current employer).

Job Purpose: Prepare clients or access funds or various sources.

Job Duties:

• Provide direct technical assistance to small business clients in the research and development of business plans, marketing plans, loan proposals and related business development requirements.

Minimum requirements:

• Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively

SUMMARY:
The Conference Manager will be responsible for the overall profitability of the Conferences organized by him/herself. From the beginning of the project to final reporting, this position requires that total satisfaction of the client is provided as well as enhancing the professional image of International Conference Services. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manages conferences efficiently, effectively and with total quality control.
• Keeps up-to-date daily on the status of all his/her conferences and meetings and client relationships.
• Reviews incoming mail, messages and faxes, e-mails – delegates and resolves issues.
• Plans, monitors and reports on budgets as well as status for each conference on a bi-weekly basis.

SUMMARY:
The Sponsorship Sales Manager will be responsible for raising money through the sale of sponsorship packages for conferences by targeting various companies, organizations and associations. The Sales Manager shall create sponsorship and exhibitor packages according to client specification. The Sales Manager will attend weekly company meetings, sales update meetings and conference planning meetings as required.
Job DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Utilize telephone solicitation, electronic and written correspondence and face-to-face meetings as tools in order to reach and exceed the budgeted sponsorship target for each conference;
• Research and develop a list of potential sponsors for each conference;
• Research and develop a list of potential exhibitors when required;
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential sponsorship clients and exhibitors;
• Keep precise records of conversations with all clients, sponsors and exhibitors;
• Update the company Maximizer database as required;
• Invoice sponsors and exhibitors once agreements have been reached;
• Coordinate various services for clients;
