Note that WES accepts both courier delivery or email verification from your school, so your school can either send it by courier or scan and send the documents.

The bolded may not be entirely true. The most important thing is that those documents are required for the said evaluation and carry the same WES number. I know this because I did it and it was accepted. I sent my WAEC scratch card, a copy of my WAEC certificate and my degree certificate. These were accepted.

I do not really understand this question but if it is what I think you're asking then kindly be informed that WES does not "charge for WAEC Evaluation". Rather, there is a CAD 220 fee for the ECA (Educational Credential Assessment) which they process on your behalf and one of the specific requirements for Nigerian university graduates happen to be this WAEC confirmation of WASSC results. Unfortunately, WAEC is charging us another NGN 10k for that, Lol.

The other problem with WES is the verification of results. If your wife's alma mater is a school with a solid relationship with WES or you have a contact who can help you hustle the verification, you can choose WES.

Otherwise, ICES and CES are other options (though ICES reserves the right to do verification if they wish).

Just send the WAEC. I had DOB error too on my certificate but i sent it like that and it was accepted. But you can make enquiry again at WAEC to confirm.

To correct DOB it will take about 6 to 12 months and i dont think you can wait up to that.

Pls this new introduction from wes requiring waec for university transcript evaluation is getting me worried, because the year in my DOB is different from my university transcripts and waec says they don't change anything concerning DOB anymore when I went to their office. Please I want to know if I can still go ahead with my evaluation and if it will or would not affect my evaluation process from wes, or can I opt for neco instead?
