Please I need anybody here to direct me on how to adopt abandoned baby. I have been to kwara reception centre and they said they only have foster and not abandoned. I don't want foster because he or she can later be claimed. I want the one I can call my own. Please help a sister in need. Its really leading to depression.

Please I have a friend who had ectopic pregnancy twice. This damaged her two tubes. We went to an orphanage for adoption but they said they don't have abandoned babies but they have ones that she can foster.
