pDude: Eko Atlantic indeed. mtschewww!! embarassed embarassed embarassed embarassed

Just take a look at the ground they are standing upon. Do you see the shoddy job the constructors did in laying those interconnecting slabs. Very uneven in many places. In the next few weeks those places will start to jut out and develop cracks.

Eko Atlantic indeed. Rubbish. angry
its a temporary stage for the ceremony and its Carpet tile not brick from what have seen the project was well executed

Health / Throwing Out Trash On A Moving Vehicle by pendulasis: 9:56pm On Oct 25, 2012
The attitude of eating in a moving vehicle and throwing the trash out of the
moving vehicle is bad,i was coming in through Ghana to Lagos on a bus a young lady was siting in front of me
she was eating something and drinking soft drink when she was through she throw the trash out of the window
and i was like what the f**k why are you throwing thins out of the window and she reply wetin concern you
i told her do you know you can be arrested for what you just did and also get this bus in-pounded and she reply
na only me de doam cry

Negligence of some of the people who have the I don’t care attitude towards proper waste management
These maybe literate but with no concern for the environment atall They therefore deposit their trash bags anywhere after use and i think the Lack of strict laws as regards the dumping of trash bags from the government is the problem The people who are seen throwing away trash in town are not punished and this has led to the continuous improper disposal of the waste.

please dispose properly keep Nigeria clean
GOD bless Nigeria

Politics / Re: What Is The Problem With Nigeria Police? by pendulasis: 2:58pm On Mar 20, 2012
stildude: Poster, Nigerian policemen are too unhappy with the IG for the new order asking them to stay off road. 2/3 of the force are armed robbers who derive pleasure in robbing people. They charter or order Danfo or most of them own these danfos they use in arresting people and demanding money from them and if you refuse, they can kill you and tag you an armed robber.
They are official armed robbers. The fear of any policeman is the beginning of wisdom. Robbery has reduced now as most of them are the robbers.

Very true.

However, My fear is that the Nigerian Police being a very criminal and desperate organization, would likely create demand for road block by creating a high level of insecurity on the road like armed robbery on the high way. I Think to counter this kind of move, there should be a working task force, like the one I saw along benin-auchi-abuja road some time ago. They came into one station and booked one custable for flaunting the law against improper dressing (some police men would rather wear mopol T-shirt than wear their conventional uniform in bid to hide their identity). Some amount of money was also seen hidden inside the DPO airconditioner, money they have extorted from complainants and people taken on bail for money there. The Place is Ehor police station. The men of the Nigerian police force should also be made to sign in at their various station when they come in and sign out any time they are leaving the station. The armoury should also be closely monitored. There should also be an active group of elite (honourable) police men who would monitor their colleagues and open a good line of communication with the public, where people will feel free to report any excesses on the part of their colleagues. That body should have human right group representative, state antoney general rep, State assembly rep as well as ordinary citizen especially the media being represented there. This will go a long way in checking unprofessional and criminal tendencies and behaviours in the force.
i wish there are more people like you that will not only complain but also add solution to the problem

frosbel:

Atheism has brought far worse a fate to mankind.

After Chairman Mao, Stalin and co, turned all Mosques and Churches into Museums, 200 million died in the 20th Century alone.

I am sorry even so far into the 21st Century, bad as Boko Haram is, religion cannot match atheism in the mass murder of human beings.

Atheism is note a religion agreed but if there is no religion there won't be atheism, religions believe there is a God atheism believes there is no god
Politics / Re: Boko Haram Spokeman - Nigeria Belongs To ALLAH by pendulasis: 9:46pm On Dec 27, 2011
Religion has done more harm to the world than any other. Nobody rely cares for the name of the god you serve as long as its peaceful ,
To me tribal war can be controlled but religious war can never be controlled
