Hello Emma,

Based on your experience, can you conclude that for the investment VGIF package, especially in the recent years gone that investors have benefited from the excess of 35% additional yield? when was the last time an additional excess yield was distributed to investors? Reason for wanting to know this, is because i am either looking at Alat by wema which offers 10% on annual savings or to enroll with Investmentone VGIF which offers 8.5% + addtional yield that may be distributed?

Your advise, would be appreciated.

emmasoft:

As earlier stated in some of my posts. VGIF is a mutual fund under the fixed income category Which has yield bench marked with sdf and currently is 8.5%. This is the guaranteed rate. Pls check the facts of the fund once more:
Vantage Guaranteed Income Fund
FUND Fact

Features/Benefits
VGIF offers a guaranteed return which is benchmarked against SDF (Standard Deposit Facility)

If you have 5m the daily rate will be calculated thus: Simple Interest for one year = 5,000000x8.5x1/100. =425,000
One day interest = SI/365 in this case is 425,000/365 = 1,164.38.
Please note it may note be posted daily, that doesn’t mean the interest was not earned.
In conclusion, kindly send a mail to customer care and copy your account officer requesting for your statement of account for more information. or call 01448 8888, 08181057319

Hello, whats their annual interest rate? can you share their link?

slyfran6:

I checked leadway website and FarmFundsAfrica is Farmify (Number 19 I think) click it and it takes you to their site.
When you register, use my referral code Fr22322197

I had to do my own research and I understand that while the high returns may be from the initial capital they intend to utilize to get customers just like opay did with their bikes and ThriveAgric did too, it is worth noting that their farms and products are insured by leadway comprehensive insurance.
So, kindly do well to use my referral code if you decide to invest in their platform.

RE: MBA FOREX
I sent a mail to SEC over the weekend to verify the claim by MBA FOREX that they are registered with SEC. I got the reply this morning. I was informed by SEC that their application to SEC is still pending and was advised to put on HOLD any commitments i intend to make with MBA FOREX until further notice. BE INFORMED ! BE WISE !!

Dear Fact,

Is the agropartnership rate mentioned below still applicable?

Wickedfacts:

Agropartnerships and Thrive Agric pay higher.
760k on Agropartnerships would give you about 212k @ 28%.
Thriveagric pays 20%.
Pls, do your due diligence before putting a Kobo of your money in any of them. Don't let the rates sway you. I've done mine and I put money there cos it seats well with me.

As for Farmcrowdy, the 2% they were collecting was arrant nonsense and borne out of greed. The last farm that opened took them 6 days to sell everything. Something that should have been done in 24hrs max. People that invested previously refused to pay the 2% again.

They didn't manage the transition well. Crowdyvest, Farmgate, Farmcrowdy, no clear distinction and poor communication with their farm sponsors. Just wake up one day and migrate everyone.
