First phone call interview is just like a chats, the recruiter want to confirm or verify something from you and is not necessary everyone must received it.

But the second phone interview mails which is expected to last for about 45 minutes or 1 hour is the main interview. They are sending the mails in batches for each role applied. If some people from your role received mails for phone calls interview and you didn't received any then your application is not successful after reviewing.

I received the first call about 2 weeks ago, waiting on the email for interview. 2 weeks is taking too long hmmm. the role was for lead inventory mngnt.
Can you receive the first call and not get a mail for interview? and is there anyone that has gotten an email for the above position?
