can you show us a sample of the mail? and why will they start selection when others are still writing their test?

Test site is not opening. Always show ReactApp. Does that mean they have closed the test.

It means that's not the mail u use, it might be that u created ur account with this mail then abandon it and use another mail to complete ur registration think and remember the mail u use and submit ur registration

Well when it happens to a friend we kept on trying and it eventually validates again with the correct mail perhaps they have blocked the procedure coz it was when their server was misbehaving maybe that's Why it worked

I was able to finish everything in no time with degree, but my brother can't with ssce any advice?

I took the test this afternoon...I just found out I forgot to update my state of residence. ..which I've updated successfully.
Do I still need to retake the test after editing my profile?

After I uploaded my documents successfully, I realised that N-power website rearranged them for me. My ID card was put in place of passport, NYSC certificate was placed in place of School certificate and vice versa. Can this be an attempt to screen people out? I have edited three times now but the problem still persists. Should I go ahead to take the test or I resolve the issue first? Thanks

also had same issue, but kept trying till all my documents were properly arranged. It was after that I took the test.

Once a test is taken.. it cannot not be retaken... so update and leave it that way

I didn't get you correctly but the procedure is
1. You have to reset your password by clicking on forgot password. You will input the email address you use and press the send link (press it as many times as possible)
2. Reset password link will be sent to your mail, reset your password.
3. Login using your email and new password (continue pressing the login til you have access to your page).
4. Then validate your bvn
5. Edit your profile by uploading another passport, certificate, means of identification and other documents
6. Take your test

I have taken the text already, can I Still rearrange my documents like to edit them in the right places. Bkaux my NYSC cert is in birth cert column,LGA cert is in space for affidavit etc..

I need some help right now. After the validation stage, my wife was asked to upload necessary documents. Among these documents, there was no provision for local government identification letter. She went ahead to write the test which she scored 55%. Yesterday, she went back to the site with instruction for her to upload her local government identification letter. Now is the issue. The test button is still active. After uploading the document, will she go ahead to retake the test?
