Your supervisor cannot be demanding such and your Study Centre Director is not aware of this kind of case. Please, report to your Study Centre Director. Hmmm. Which Study Centre is this? I have seen a case whereby a supervisor asked his supervisee to bring 120k for him to approve whatever the student submits. The Student had to report to the Study Centre Director. And till today that supervisor has not gotten any student again for project supervision.
