Now, I intend to buy myself a laptop and I'm trying to balance specifications and costs. Please what's the specification of the laptop you guys currently use or preferably what would you recommend for me as a design Engineer.

How do you want to compare gaming PCs with Fully Clocked Processors with the Under-clocked low wattage processor powered PCs you are used to.

Legion is made by Lenovo, Alienware is a Dell subsidiary, Predators are Acer's same way Omen are HPs

no I have not tried. But upstand beam is similar to down stand beam. So I presume you’d just offset it up a little.

(I am not sure if there’s option for upstand beam on staad rcdc)

Upstand beam is not exactly the same. However, have you used the physical modeler in staad connect edition for modelling? I just recently installed the connect edition and each time I try to start the physical modeler, it crashes. Please, let me know if you have similar experience

upstand beam would give you the same rebar with downstand beam that's what I meant by similar
