You don't mock your creator. Some people because of their popularity and wealth they think they can just open their month and talk anywhere.
They think the gain all those things by their hard work alone.
Anywhere, what happened to them should be lesson to those that plan the same.

If you have nothing better to do with your time, why not go do works of righteousness that Jesus Christ said you have to do if you intend to enter into Heaven? At least work on that when you are feeling listless, rather than spending time on nonsense such as this.

They didn't die simply because they mocked the person they can't see, they died just like everyone else but God will determine which of them worth a resurrection back to life based on how they responded when God sent his messengers to them!

That is for your own understanding, are you better than those that die, God gave you life and you have no right to question him how he do his things. He used those people to set example as you can see, don't question him and don't be proud. If you are too big to question him go ahead.

Jesus Christ made it clear to all of you that He did not come to condemn, or judge, but to save. His judgment He has left for when He returns against.

He even went as far as telling you that those who insult Him or insult God will have no consequences out on them -only those who blaspheme against the Spirit of God(you have to have Him to blaspheme Him by the way), will be cursed.

So, when God made Adam, if you recall, in Genesis 2, God came Adam a command

God warned Adam that on the day he, Man, ate from the Tree of Knowledge of good and evil, that day, he, Man, would surely die, and it was so...

For his sin, God condemned Adam to be returned to the ground from which he was made - dust to dust, meaning Adam would cease to exist(mind, body, and soul) the moment he took his last breath on earth(Death - the wages of sin).

Adam was still alive when God condemned him and he, Adam, lived almost 1000 years before he eventually died, but he bore that judgment until he took his last breath almost a thousand years later(a thousand years is like a day to God, since the story was written from God's perspective). And since Adam, every unbeliever carried the same judgment to their grave(they perished in their graves/no life after death for them all - Death).

God reiterated this same judgment by swearing on His own Name, in Ezekiel, 18 when He declared that in Israel, only those who sin will die(Death), abolishing/doing away with the law He had previously then through Moses instituting generational curses.

Now, when Jesus Christ arrived, In John 3 vs 16-21, we are told that through Jesus Christ, those who are condemned to die, can, by believing in Jesus Christ, receive instead Salvation(be saved) from Death(The wages of Sin) and instead be gifted with Eternal life through Jesus Christ.

Since God Himself is responsible for the Judgment, it is made clear in that passage that Jesus Christ did not vacate the judgment on all those who have been condemned. Again, only those who believe in Jesus Christ are redeemed from the Curse of sin and Death/Wages of sin which is Death/Condemnation of sin which is Death.

Actually, according to Jesus Christ, God shows His mercy even to the wicked and the ungrateful, not to just some people.

As for Jesus Christ choosing 12 apostles and not everyone, well, He had 12 seats to fill for when He returns and rules over the Kingdom of Israel, did He not mention that to you?
