People are not talking about upload... Rather their site not loading for test and It also saying BVN validation failed.

Not yet Fixed.

I am getting verification fail on the test portal and I have been able to update my data. Is there anyone experiencing this too ?

HOW TO FIX NASIMS ID, PASSWORD ERROR, WRONG BIRTH DATE ON NASIMS PORTAL

1) Password Reset:
for those of you having password Error, the tips below will help you fix it

When you send a password reset link to your email and all you get is your password has been successfully reset without resetting it, go back to the NASIMS portal and resend the link again to get the password reset link to reset your password
While sending the password reset link, you may get a response that something has gone wrong try again pop-up message. Do not stop, Click the send link button until you get a green success pop-up message. The same thing goes for you when resetting your password in your email inbox.

NASIMS Record Update:
Some of you have lots of corrections to carry out while updating your NASIMS records. I have seen some Applicants using certificates in place of passport and National ID card which is wrong. Thank God for the new NASIMS portal you can now edit and correct these mistakes.

If your date of birth was wrongly filled, make sure you correct it when validating your BVN. The correction will reflect on your data after a Successful BVN validation
Make sure your documents size are not above 200kb before uploading if not you will get an error
Make sure that you re-upload your passport along with other documents required if not you will get an error
If you get a pop-up message that your date of birth does not correspond with your BVN during validation, make sure that you fill the date of birth in your BVN record instead if not will get an error.
NASIMS Test ID:
For those of you having the issue of NASIMS ID, see tips below:

Your NASIMS ID is the Npower registration number boldly written when you login to your NASIMS portal. It starts with NPWR/2020/*****. You need that Id and your NASIMS portal reset Password to write your test
If you get an error while trying to access the test portal with your NASIMS Id and password correctly written, keep trying it might be a network Error.
Note: If you know that you have done everything right but still getting errors, keep trying it might be a network issue.

After validating my BVN which was first difficult to achieve I found out my gender field is blank and when updating personal details I am not being able to edit the gender field . And without it I can't submit my information edited

same issue here. I used my bvn for the registration I made a mistake with and it has been verified on that registration but yet I can't submit because it keeps referring me back to my GENDER and LGA that I did not fill.

Have you gotten any solution on this?

Just update you details and the test is very easy and simple.

What does this mean?

It's showing "Dateofbirth does not match BVN details"

After they put 35281 as my date of birth

Are you serious? It's 20 minutes for the questions, How did you get 1 min? They give 3 chances, If you ve elapsed them without submitting then I'm afraid that's the end. They don't give more chances because time usage as it is in an exam of such is part of the test

Try again after 6 - 10 hours.

Yesterday test results was fantastic, the results have be so great. Congrats to you all that patronize us.


Meanwhile, I still help people to write the test for a token, provided you want to get a higher score of 80% and above. My least attained score had been 80%, while 95% is the highest score recorded so far.

It took me about two weeks or more to complete everything.. Just be patient


1) Concerning email verification:it's best you try it in the midnight, that was when I got my link(and when trying to login, u will most likely get a transaction failed bla bla bla message, just keep trying)


2) BVN validation: This one na war... just keep trying... na them go tire... it took me about four days to get verified

3) Test: For almost a week, my test page wasn't opening, I tried it in the morning, afternoon and midnight, the same thing.. Love and behold, I just took a friend's phone yesterday at work and tried it, boom it worked.. I wrote the test on the spot and got 85... Sometimes it's patience, sometimes just change the device

I am being truthful here Sir. I posted it on Facebook and a lot of persons could testify to rhat. They complianed about the same issue. I have tried since then, an they said I have taken the test already. I got just 5mark.

The site is opening this morning. I just took mine and scored 60%

Any score at or above 50%, stand a chance of making the final list and being deployed.
Meaning, if an applicants scored 95% in the shortlisting test and exhaust the entire 20 minutes, he or she may be shortlisted or deployed.
Deployment letters will be ready as soon as the test is concluded.
