Ole plays a counter attacking style of footy, have you been blind?
Na the throw insult part i stated be dis, but i will ignore the bolded. Pls tell me how many United games you have seen that the team played the so called counter attack footy effectively? A team that cannot play from the back effectively or even string passes together, a team that is dishing us rubbish, drab, liveless, taktikless footy every matchday. Did you see the so called counter attack style against Leicester City yesterday?

Have you been blind is not an insult bro, I just asked if you haven't been seeing some folks say it here but in an odd way. No offense, you be my person na. cheesy grin

Back to the main matter, let me still ask, not in the "have you been blind" way this time, but have you not seen messages on here that most teams have set up against our counter attack footy?.

Some folks are just slow, you spend time in someone's post history lifting his previous takes on issues without proper reference to the co text for which he held such position just in a bid to win an argument...SMH!

As for Ole, he is definitely out of his depths...Lampard did more for Chelsea but when it was obvious he was headed for the rocks, he was quickly relieved of his duty but here, people won't stop defending Ole because he is a club legend...There's Ole 'the baby faced Assasin' and Ole, the manager, his fan boys should know those of us criticizing him still adore him as a legend but as manager, he is simply clueless...
Handelex, I am responsible for what I post and not what you understand...From the bolded, you can see that I was on about their playing careers. The both are legends in their respective clubs but one legend was fired when it was obvious he had lost it but the other is still manager of his club...At least Alabi asked for clarity which is what you should have done and not jump into conclusion...

If you want us to debate their managerial performance, I am up for it...

Counter attack is what every team that is inferior resort to in a tie, there's little or no ingenuity on the part of the manager...

You don't expect West Ham to play an open game vs City, they'll sit back and look to hit City on the break. Should we now start praising Moyes for doing anything special should they manage a win playing that kind of football? If yes, what then happens when they're up against Newcastle who will sit back too?

It's laughable to come here and say our style of play is counter attacking...

Hmmm... Reading that, anybody will think you're talking about their managerial career.
To my understanding

1... You started about ole being out of his depth (managerial context)

2.. Lampard did more for Chelsea. wen he was heading to the rock, he was relieved of his duty.(the bolded statement is truly managerial context)

3... People won't stop defending ole cos he's a legend(still managerial context)

Looking at that, with the way you started about their managerial career comparison, and ended with it, you won't blame anyone for thinking you were referring to their managerial careers and not playing career.
Even me, I thought you were talking about their managerial career too.
It would be hard for someone to think you were talking about their playing career wen you didn't even mention it(at least, you weren't explicit enough) in any of the statement

Even when I went ahead to state that there's a difference between Ole as a player and a manager? Well, Alabi asked for clarification and got it...

Leicester were underdogs so could comfortably adopt a style of play hinged on quick breaks using the pace of Vardy...There we able to win games by using a combination of methods, whilst Vardy's space was a weapon when they defended deep against top teams, Mahrez came to the fore most times when they were up against teams that sit back...

There’s a game they beat Chelsea and Mourinho was mad because he said he had taken note of the move and prepared his defenders to stop the move. Mahrez was the one that should cutting in from the right...So as much as one will want to say Leicester adopted a cou tee attacking approach, they could actually play and had some really quality players...Watching them, you could see them execute so many training ground moves to perfection...

When you watch Manchester United, do you notice any passage of play or movement that reflects the quality of players we have? As a rival fan, be sincere even though I know deep down you rather Ole continues here...

Possession in what area of the pitch?

Maguire and Lindelof will exchange passes 1 million times at the back.

You said "Lampard did more for his club, but when it was clear he's lost it, he was sacked".

But weren't you talking about his managerial career here? undecided I was making my case from the above statement.

As for the debate between Lampard's reign as Chelsea manager vs Ole"s reign as United's. You can't win that one, give it up.

Nawa oo, that's not true Patrick. A team utilizes a taktics that best suits the ability of the players within their ranks.

Playing on the counter does not make a team inferior lol.
