For those that are yet to start their SP application, my advice is that, if you can, please avoid Agents totally!
You can do it on your own, just like most of us here did. All you have to do is just calm down and follow this thread religiously. Don't be too shy to ask questions (no matter how stupid you think they might be).
Why I'm I saying this? Well, from our observations, these hungry agents can mess you up big time. All they care about is your money (and nothing else!).
Finally, remember that no one can take your application more serious than you, the applicant!

Hello,
Recommend Interview is not a red flag. It means your application has passed the junior VO and it's awaiting the final review from a more senior VO. I saw the same thing when I requested for my GCMS and I got my PPR later. So start packing your bags ooo. It will end in praise!

Hello, I tried making payment with first bank using the invoice from western union global pay (my school uses this option for wire transfer) but I was told first bank can only do form A for fees payment directly to the school itself and not through a third party. Do you know anyone who has successfully used this method to do form A payment with a Nigerian bank?

Maybe try other banks. If it's possible to look for someone in Canada to pay it for you, that's a lot better.

Mine took time too. My application was 22 weeks before I got PPR. Just keep sending mails explaining your situation and that you'll soon resume.

Someone in Canada will still use black market exchange rate, I can as well use my dorm account from here to pay but I trying to get the CBN rate via form A. Thanks though, if no other way will fund my dorm acc via black market

No. 22 weeks total from the day I made my Study permit application. I deferred once. From January to May. I got PPR 1 month after I received GCMS notes.

The statement 'Do not submit to CIC for study permit' is there because you have not paid. After payment, they will send another letter of acceptance which will not have that statement again.
I am going to Lambton College - Business Management, May 2021 stream. I am at the medicals stage. I have submitted my medicals and presently awaiting their response.
