You know, you could post this job on www.podlancer.com to have alot of verified registered freelancers contact you for the offer, you get to choose whoever satisfies the competency you need.

You all registering ur interest should not come back crying after doing a free job. I love the fact that OP stated it clearly that these clients wont pay you till the job is done.
