I passionately wrote about it in my LOE, the benefits and job prospects. Showed what I have done to upskill myself in relation to the proposed study, taken courses and volunteering role. The new offer of employment is also in the field of proposed study.
So basically, I think it's about being able to convince the VO, your study should have a logical and feasible end. Infact,I got an MBA admission, but I decided to go with the PGC, because I could speak more to my reasons for pursuing that. I don't think my SOP would have been as solid for the MBA.  Play to your strength, put your best foot forward.Pray, pray and pray.

You mentioned two different job experiences (HR & Fishery), you can go for a PG.Cert program in a Program related to any of those two Job Experience, but Its more advisable you go for a PG.Cert program in the present Job you are doing

Honestly memorial is the best. 19 cad for a night (quarantine). Aside food tho. That's quiet nice. They have on campus accommodation for quarantine.

referring to the hotels...dont be surprised that memorial isnt controlling the compulsory 3days quarantine at the Hotel, it's the Govenrment of Canada itself...YOU MUST stay in the hotel compulsorily for 3days

I think you can share a hotel room with someone only if you flew in together. Regardless, anyone traveling should confirm with the hotel before booking anything, just to be sure.
