The new 360 units completed under the Lagoshoms Phase 2 scheme in Igbogbo, Ikorodu, give the opportunity to the would-be buyers/residents of that axis of the state to own and live a decent apartment.

You may be from Lagos but you don't have clue of anything in Lagos. By the way instead of making noise here you could have instead listed the buildings you are claiming are above 20 floors just like Kenyans have did.

LagMetroRail's Blue Line as scheduled (2021/22). No excuse will be tenable as the continuous beam bridge of the sea-crossing for the Lagos Blue Line Light Rail project has been completed. It is the first sea-crossing bridge in West Africa. the construction of the red line Red Line rail project from Agbado to Marina, with links to Lagos International Airport is ongoing.

Other rail projects include the 68-kilometre Green Line, 60-kilometre Purple Line, 34-kilometre Yellow Line and 48-kilometre Orange Line.

Lekki Port LFTZ Enterprise Limited was awarded the concession for 45 years by Nigerian Ports Authority on a Build, Own, Operate and Transfer (BOOT) basis. Under this agreement, LPLEL is required to develop, finance, build, operate and, at the end of the concession term, transfer the port to NPA. LPLEL will earn revenues through operations of the port.

Upon completion, Lekki Port will have a total of 3 container berths, 1 dry bulk berth and 3 liquid berths.

Dangote refinery and petrochemical Ltd ( World largest fertilizer and refinery in the world)
The largest urea fertilizer plant in the world has been completed and tested in Nigeria for operations this quarter. The $2bn Dangote Fertilizer Plant will cut our fertilizer imports of $500m,and generate $400m annual foreign exchange, in export to Africa countries. NIGERIA WINS.
