I know that result sheet is most likely to be fake or doctored. Whether or not it's fake is not my concern, the issue is how asylum seekers like Orji Uzor Kalu wants to lead the APC, but can't win an ordinary splinter election, against the candidate of an underperforming Governor is laughable.
