Just give it some days like 2 and re-upload and if still the same, call the customer service and make sure you have enough airtime they will give you one more chance to take the test and less minutes.

Did you see the score after writing the test?

Is “show/view test result” showing on your dashboard?

If the take test is still showing pressing it and if it still allow you to take the test without telling you that “you’ve already taken the test”, retake the test and make sure you see your score and submit properly.

And if it say “you’ve already taken the test” just relax it will definitely show.

I think the computer is giving out any available score lately,and the scores re lesser compared to those scores of last week

I went tru same thing for 1wek until I tried with all my email before I was successful with list expected email. if he has 2/5 email he/she should try login with all of them.
