Hello

Kindly Order your GCMS notes, and keep sending emails and webforms reminding them of your situation.

IT WILL END IN PRAISES.
My agent claims we can only order for GCMS notes when my processing time is over. I'm to start in May, no request for medicals yet.

Any student at University of Dalhousie present here?
How is the environment there? Is it affordable and conducive? Infact, how is Nova Scotia generally?
Please answer

Dalhousie is one of the schools i will be applying to, from my research online, it seems to be affordable compared to other schools i checked ( for my course).

Good luck and i hope to ask you questions if you finally pick Dalhousie.

Please house I have not been requested to do medicals but I just made a booking. One of the requirements on the IOM form is medical report form IMM1017. Where will I get it from since I just decided to do medicals on my own because of the delay in my application? Application submitted in September, NSE request Dec 16th, submitted NSE Jan 29, since then no further update and schol starts in May. Please what is your advise? Must I wait for medical request at this stage since I did not do upfront?

You have covinced yourself so bad that age is a barrier..go do your research,it has been proven that older candidates do better and are more serious with their studies.abi you know everybody age for here..

It doesn't have to be stated anywhere. We all know that nothing is guaranteed, and yes pull it off. However progression is always going to be a better choice. Going for a degree at the same level is always going to raise concern. No matter how beneficial the second degree would be to someone's career, a visa can be denied solely on the grounds that there is no progression.

Good morning house. First, let me start by saying thank you to everyone who have shared guidelines on this platform. They were very helpful.

I am asking this on behalf of my sister. She was denied boarding her flight by Egypt air. She had all documents as advised by the school and as per cic info. She had these:

LOA
CIC CORRESPONDENCE
3DAYS QUARANTINE BOOKING
11DAYS HOTEL BOOKING TO COMPLETE ISOLATION.
Egypt air desk staff insisted that she needs a "PROOF OF ENROLMENT LETTER" . Anyone gone through this or is it just egypt air? We contacted the school but they said registration is not open yet so enrolment letter can not be generated. The issued a To whom it may concern bu they still refused. Please help !!!

Good afternoon All
Please I have a question, is it possible for me to complete my quarantine days in a friend's house after the 3days mandatory quarantine? She has a spare room for me, although she lives in the 2bedroom apartment with only her son.

Just for the sake of clarity, did you say older students have been proven to be more serious with their studies? Is there enough data to support this claim, or you're just generalising based on the two out ten cases you've seen?

Hello,
That form is only required of applicants who have received a medical request.
Since you're going for upfront Medicals, you only need to go with your international passport and proof of payment.
Note that you must pay before you get to the venue, and the proof of payment must be in hard copy. So it's advisable to pay at least a day before your appointment date, so you can print out a copy of the payment receipt (if you paid by bank transfer).

Yomaj chat me up on 09071858173. I also got admitted into the University of Toronto for fall 2021
Yomaj2525:
Good morning everyone, this month I got a fully funded offer from the University of Toronto for a thesis based masters for Fall'21. But have to secure a supervisor which is an important step, being trying but most replied they are not taking in new students.

Who has been in this kind of situation, how do you tackle it? If possible is it advisable to defer the admission?
Thanks

From the experiences of different persons I know that planned to travel recently, the enrolment letter MUST be presented before Boarding. I know two persons that were sent back just because of that.

That being said, she has to wait until registration is open so she can get the enrolment letter. I also do not think it depends on the airline company. I think they are all requesting for it.

@Papapa1234 there's literally nothing about age here. All I have written is that people are better off applying for a program higher than the degree they already hold. Second class upper going for a post graduate diploma is still a form of progression. That situation can't be compared to an applicant going for a second masters. Yes, a good SOP is vital for all applications, but one can still be denied solely on the ground that there's no educational progression. I'm not advising anyone to do so but there's a reason some people do not disclose a degree they already hold. Whichever way, nothing is guaranteed.

Hey guys,
I’m new to this thread, please I got admission to Assiniboine Community College and they are asking me to pay 800 dollars in order to get my unconditional acceptance letter but then I’m worried that 800 dollars can’t sponsor a student visa..my first year tuition is up to 15k dollars..should I go ahead and pay the 800 dollars they are asking for or should I pay higher than that for the sake of my visa application.

Please I need help on this
Pay higher, so that you can add the receipt with ur application it will give u higher chances

Paying school fees doesn't really give higher chances but your documents and how you make your Application tight instead concentrate more on your SOP and be very convincing and deliberate
I didn't pay nada from my school fees and it got approved I paid after my visa was out so let her pay the required to hold her seat and concentrate more on the SOP/LOE.
It will end in TESTIMONY!!! .But then if you want to pay you can.

Coming to Canada

If you're considering Canada for your graduate studies, you should be strategic in how you email Professors. Another potential reason you don't get a response is because you're emailing Professors in High-paying tuition schools (e.g- UofT, McGill & UBC). Except they have grants to support you, incl. tuition (or you have a scholarship), they're limited in the number of International Students to accept

In this thread, I listed about 10 schools that pay the same tuition fees as locals. Please prioritize emailing Professors there.

Good luck

My God! Studying Nursing in any Canadian university isn't a child's play, whether diploma or BSc, some of the schools hardly have intakes for international students....God help us!

Well, let me get there first, by His Grace, it will end in praise.

I don’t have a copy.. my school only sends to institutions and organizations .. and they always watermark it.. I would have looked for an office to send to.. but they will watermark “only valid” for the place sent it. Nawa.. I’m even confused sef.

If she is starting in September then it is understandable why they turned her away as it is still early to travel for the fall term. I think it’s advisable that she goes early August or late July so she doesn’t encounter problems.
